A young 22 year old man named Mono lays in bed one morning reading the Newspaper while depressed. Having just been fired from a well paying job he needed to find a new one and quickly or else face getting evicted.

Mono walked forward following Freya as he surveyed the area of sector 4 along with her, Nothing eventful had happened yet but Mono was still on the lookout for pure blue crystals as freya had mentioned but having no such luck. He stopped and watched as she examined some of the robotic piles of parts nearby as they made their way deeper in.
"The place looks like a scrapyard.." Mono spoke for the first time since she joined him.
Freyas ears perked at that as she looked back towards him a moment.
"Scrapyard?" She said in genuine confusion.
Mono looked at her surprised that she seemingly didn't know what that was.
"Yeah.... its a place where used up metal is sent to be recycled... that includes things made out of metal.... like electronics.... and robots...." Mono said hesitantly unsure if he should have told her that or not.
"Were we go to die...." She said as she stood.
Suddenly she turned lightning fast holding up her cannon.
Mono covered his head in his arms as he heard the cannon fire feeling like he messed up.. that is until he heard an explosion behind him a ways away. He turned to see what looked like parts of one of the drones that had been flying over head singed and all over the ground now.
"Th-thanks..." Mono said looking at the drills it had having been blown a ways off somewhere.
Freya said nothing as she turned and moved on with Mono continuing to follow not sure about what was going through that metallic brain of hers currently.
Mono frowned as he continued to follow behind her looking around the area.
He was also doing it to keep himself from looking directly towards the very hefty Female Animatronics backside as well.
"Freya uh you sure I shouldn't lead... I was the one who came down here first and all-"
"I was created to be able to deal with situations like this... You are much more flimsy... it's better this way..." She said.
"Th-Thats not the problem tho..." Mono said under his breath.
Suddenly he saw a few building sized factory like structures ahead near the center of the quarry it looked like.
"Whatever that is it looks like parts of it are digging into the ground out there and bringing dirt back up." He said as he saw conveyer belts coming up the side of it with shovels full of dirt in them.
"Maybe we'll find something inside..." Mono said.
He paused as she held up her arm in his way as they both saw endoskeletons roaming the area in front of a door leading into the building.
"Tell me..."
Mono was caught off guard by Freyas voice as she looked back at him.
