In my last chapter, @echahace asked if I could make a chapter about getting a "Girlfriend Material Body"
Step 1 - You NEED to eat healthy! No more McDonald's or Taco Bell. Snacks are a piece of fruit. No more chocolate!
Step 2 - You NEED to work out! I do a 7 minute workout and zumba for 30/40 minutes.
Step 3 - You NEED to check the food you eat and how many calories they are! 'MyFitnessPal' is a good app for this.
Step 4 - You NEED to get a bigger butt and boobs. Do the 30 day squat challenge and eat foods that can make your boobs grow.
Step 5 - You NEED to stop thinking like this!!!
If a guy doesn't like the way your body looks, he's not worth it!
Seriously, if you feel the need to change the way you look for a boy then he's stupid as hell!
The only time you should ever, and I mean EVER, change the way your body looks is for yourself! Please, never feel the need to change how you look to get that guy.
You're beautiful and perfect the way you are and if any boy doesn't realise that then he must be blind!!!
So what if you have bigger thighs, a bit of pudge and chubby cheeks. So what if you're really skinny, that's not you're fault. Seriously, you ARE perfect!Remember, only change to feel better about yourself, never for a lad.
