Narnian Wood

(Caspian's POV)

I can't help but admire her, Odette, who is finally in front of me. Real.

I notice how much brighter her hair is in the sun that gleams down on us. I can't help but think how picturesque this moment must look.

Her hand caresses mine as it sits on her cheek.

All I do is stare at her and think of what to say, but I am too surprised to think. I didn't think I would be meeting her so soon. However, I am very thankful to finally have her in front of me.

"Odette..." I finally said, " My Stars."

Tears come to my eyes as I look down at her happily.

She looks at me with love and adoration in her eyes and laughs joyfully tears pricking her eyes.

"Caspian..."

However our moment is interrupted by a voice," Odette! Caspian! Come along."

We look at each other for a second and separate quickly in surprise.

"Coming, Peter!" Odette yells back.

She looks at me for a quick moment and goes to walk away.

However, I step closer, grasping her hand gently in mine.

She looks up at me with a smile, squeezing my hand. She mouths to me later.

Then we walk back to the group hand in hand.

(Odette's POV)

I walk with my siblings through the forest. Following Caspian and his soldiers.

As we walk Edmund and Susan, on either side of me talk, trying to bring me into the conversation. However I'm too focused on watching Caspian and my brother talk ahead of us.

"I wonder what they're talking about?" I ask my siblings.

"Probably talking about military plans." Ed answers.

"Hm..."

With that I start walking ahead of my two siblings to think on my own. After a little more walking we stand at the end of the forest to see a hill, the Howe is what Caspian said it was.

I hear Lucy gasps as she looks at it.

It's an open space, I notice, a good battle ground but open to enemy attacks. However, all that doesn't matter for the beauty of this place is overwhelming. The sky is so blue and picturesque with the white clouds overhead.
