Chapter 2: The Past

Story so far (in a nutshell)
Arnav and Khushi met at work.
Arnav owns AR designs (fashion house) and Khushi challenges him in many ways. Both in terms of her stubborn and his feelings for her.
Even his girlfriend (not really,but she wanted him since she was in love with him) realizes this and breaks off the engagement.

In the background, Payal (Khushi's elder sister) and Akash (Arnav's cousin) are in love. Both Arnav and Khushi soon realized that their hatred for each other has slowly turned into love.

In the background, Anjali is Arnav's elder sister and is married to Shyam (lawyer). He lied to her and stated at Khushi's house as a paying guest. He also caused her adopted father's health to fail and blackmailed Khushi's bhuaji (aunt) to marry Khushi to him.

Khushi gets engaged to Shyam and upon realizing that he's married to Anjali, she breaks off engagement. However, she doesn't tell Anjali or Arnav. (Why are all our leads so dumb. But that's the whole point. Had she revealed the truth, the whole series would not happened)

Anyways, when Arnav finallyyyy decides to propose to Khushi (just before Akash and Payal's wedding), he saw Shyam hugging Khushi stating that he will leave Anjali. Khushi angered that he was hurting Anjali, tells him to leave and divorce Anjali (since she selflessly loves Anjali as her own sister and doesn't want her to suffer more)

Arnav misunderstood the whole situation and forcibly marries Khushi. He makes her a sign a contract for marriage and blackmail that if she doesn't marry him, he would break her sister's (Payal) marriage with Akash. Khushi scared for her sister's marriage since her last marriage got cancelled at the last minute, signs the documents and gets into the marriage.

What follows is the obvious reaction. While Arnavs family is happy with this marriage, they were furious at the abrupt one.Khushi's family felt humiliated.

As in all typically serial, they blamed Khushi for all this (and not Arnav !!!). They don't know about the contract though

Throughout their "marriage", Khushi and Arnav annoy each other but secretly fall in love with each other even more.
Towards the end of their contract, Arnav gets kidnapped. Turns out shyam kidnapped Arnav so that he would able to exploit Arnav's money. Khushi obviously saves Arnav. While trying to save her hero, they spent a night together lost in their passion. (Only Khushi and Arnav knows about this)

Once Arnav finally returns home after his kidnapped, he knows believes his wife - Khushi and kicks Shyam out of his house. Anjali felt heartbroken and Arnav was stuck between love for his heartbroken sister and his wife. Both of whom were heartbroken due to shyam and Arnav's mistake.

Whilst Arnav tries to manage both the important ladies in his life, Khushi is taunted since she broke Anjali's marriage. Anjali (being a totally stupid) tries to kill her own child and wants her Shyam back.
Arnav (frustrated and anger with the things at play) yells at Khushi and wishes that he never met her since as per him, she was the one who caused his sister's marriage to crumble.

From here, my story starts...

Next day (last day of contract), Khushi leaves the mansion leaving letters stating that she's done.
It has been 5 years since that day.

Now back to the present timeline
Back at the Raizadas mansion

Everyone talked about todays event .Everyone except Arnav.He was having a lot of emotions in his heart.Seeing her again made his heart flutter like it did before .His love of his life was there .All he wanted to do was run into her , hug her , kiss her and ask her to forgive her laad governor,

Angry because she didnt tell him about their son .Just one call damnit !!

But it was all his fault.Everything was his fault .

Looking at the stars , he whispered :Khushiiiiiiiiiii

At Amans (Arnavs most beloved PA) house ,

It was 12 midnight .Aman was busy snoring away , lost in his own dreamland ,only to be disturbed by a phone call.Not wanting to disturb his wife , he quicky answered it only to find miserable Arnav on the other line asking to him to find all info on Khushi and on Aarav.

Aman wondered :Khushi is back ?And ASR has a son !

Back at Khushis new house

Aarav watched his mother , come from the restroom , with her puffy red eyes .He may be mute and a child but he is an eagle .From all the scenes , he figured out that the poker face man in his grandparents house was his father .Aarav despite being a child , is sensible and knew that his mother had a reason to keep him away from his father .Ofcourse, he is his mothers champ (though he hated it the nickname openly but secretly loved it .And only his mom and his di , Tara can call him that .Peroid !!!).He was willing to give a chance to his dad , but without hurting his lovely mom .
