Tara's POV
The last few weeks have been exhausting.
With Nk's dadi breaking the bomb that Di (Khushi)'s parents were killed by Arnav bhai's uncle.
It resulted in her health taking a turn and her gunshot stitches ended up damaged and doctor had to do fresh ones. This made bhai (Aditya) more tense and worried. Add  Manvi di's pregnancy and her morning sickness.

Also, di (Khushi)'s bed rest got extended to another week and di ended up getting cranky, stuck to the bed for the past 5 weeks.
Luckily, Aarav helped me out dealing the scene at home. This little man is a gentleman in making.

I was helping Bhai (Aditya) with his base shift from London to India. He wanted to move here since he wanted their kid to grow home and be with his family.

So,with everything going on around me.
To be honest, I didn't want to get engaged this month (to Nk). Honestly, I felt that we all need to step back and get away somewhere.

Also, Anjali di just had to insult Aarav telling him that she imagines a voice whenever Aarav is gesturing his actions. Aarav felt upset. Although he didn't react much to it, I knew that he felt hurt and bad.

Khushi di upon hearing this, got furious stating how dare she insult her son like this.
She was angry and upset with Di for it. Although she didn't say anything after this, she avoided Anjali di and Arnav bhai because of this.

She didn't want Aarav to be insulted even more. She wanted Aarav to be proud and content with himself. She never wanted Aarav to feel inferior because he's mute.
She also blamed herself for Aarav's condition.

When di (Khushi) returned to office, I saw Arnav trying to talk to Khushi in private.  However, di kept turning down his requests and kept the matter purely professional.

Both Nk and me felt helpless about it.
Although I was very hesitant, Nk and I planned a surprise date for Arnav and Khushi di on Arnav's bday.
Taking the help of Aman (Arnav's PA) and Sid (Khushi's PA), our plan actually worked.
Aarav helped with the decor ideas.

(The day before Arnav's bday. Arnav and Khushi met at Maple hotel. A/N Read Chapter 19 in case you don't recall.)

(Back to the story, still in Tara's POV)
As the night passed me, I started to worry me. Obviously, I made Aarav go sleep on his regular time or else Di (Khushi) will kill me for it.

(Arnav and Khushi returned home around 3am since it was raining and trees got uprooted and fell on the road)
'Did they fight so badly that Arnav bhai hasn't returned home?'
'They did get into an accident ?'
My mind couldn't help but think for all the negative concerns.

Sensing my worry, Nk and di offered to stay awake with me till the duo returned.
We put the movie 'Princess Diaries'. While Nk and Anjali di were watching the movie with great interest, I couldn't help but watch the main door (more than the movie)

We tried to call them but due to the rain, the network was down.

At 3am, finally Arnav bhai and di (Khushi) reached home.
(Arnav was leaping into the hallway with his one arm wrapped around Khushi's shoulders for support.He had slipped due to the rain and twisted his ankle)
