Several days later
"You think I'm a fool who will try to kill you .I'm going to kill you by killing the ones you love .Save the date . Tomorrow at 5:30pm" the anonymous caller warned Arnav
Arnav had tighten the security for all members of the Raizada clan and got busy in the upcoming conference and fashion shows.
Around 5pm, Akash tried to convince Arnav that it was just a prank call and that he need not worry too much.
His brain agreed to the mere facts but why was his heart accepting it ?? Deep down , his gut told him otherwise.
He scanned the house to find his Di safely playing with Pari .
Why is his heart not in terms with him today ?? Just like how when Khushi was around
That's when it struck him .... Khushiiiii and Aarav
He hadn't told them about this anonymous treat
The words ran again
"Im going to kill the ones you love"
"Khushiiiii" he thought , running out for the fear of his wife with alarmed Akash chasing him .He checked his watch to find it 5:30pm meaning Khushi will be waiting in the garden , as always .
Arnav dialed her to find it switched off
"Damn it Khushi "
Akash (who was on the passenger's seat )was surprised to find Arnav drive to the garden . Arnav doesn't allow anyone to visit the garden.
Arnav ran faster for Khushi's impending danger only to find himself late .
Khushi was shot to her chest and she sat on her knees hugging Aarav ( who had fainted due to shock) like a shield.Akash had called the police on their way .The police secured the scene and however the armed man got away.
Arnav ran to his wife's side at mark speed only to find her lost consciousness and bleeding furiously.Taking the lifeless Khushi in his arms , he rushed to the car letting Akash drive the car along with Aarav ( who was still unconscious).
They reached hospital at record time .Khushi and Aarav were rushed into the emergency ward .
The entire family of Raizada and Gupta's arrived in the hospital , hearing the news.
Akash and Anjali were left to handle to the emotional trauma of the clan and worried about the silent Arnav (who had moved or spoken anything since )
Arnav was broken , lost and furious .
He can't lost Khushi again and their son.
Damn it .He had just got them .
It wasn't fair.
A little while later
Aarav gained consciousness only to find EVERYONE except her mumma .
Arnav knew his son's restlessness and felt helpless for the first time in his life .
Fat tears rolled down his cheeks and Tara and Arnav tried to calm him down but all were in vain .
Tara , Anjali and Nk stayed by Aarav's side .While Nani , Pari , reculant Payal and Manorama meet home .
Doctor handling Khushi's surgery arrived after some time .
"You are lucky .The bullet had just missed the heart by fraction .She's lost a lot of blood .She's medicated and needs to rest .Only one can visit her today"
Akash looked at Arnav , who was all eager to see his love ,only to be stopped by a tall man .
"Doctor , I will go " the firm voice replied
" Sorry .and who are you ??"the confused doctor asked
"Aditya Malhotra, Khushi's brother "
Arnav and Akash stood gaping at the revelation .
Khushi has a brother .
Aditya Malhotra !!
