Chapter 1

Ethan Winters was walking through the dark and foggy swamp, feeling uneasy and alone. He heard strange sounds coming from the murky depths, and he could feel something watching him. He kept walking, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something was lurking in the darkness. He shivered as he heard a deep, raspy voice call out his name. He whipped around and saw a tall, green figure standing in the shadows. It was Shrek, the swamp dweller. He held a large wooden staff in his hand and had a menacing, evil grin on his face. Ethan could feel fear coursing through his veins as Shrek slowly stepped forward. He said in a gruff voice, "You shouldn't have come here, Ethan Winters." Ethan's heart raced as he turned around and started to run, but it was too late. He felt Shrek's sharp claws grip his shoulder, and he was dragged deeper into the swamp. He could hear Shrek's maniacal laughter as he was pulled further into the dark abyss. The last thing he heard before passing out was the deep, raspy voice saying, "Welcome to my swamp, Ethan Winters."
