It had happened again.

Billy had another episode, and you weren't around when he had it.

You had been trying to take care of Billy, ever since his previous actions you have tried to be there for him but it's been pretty hard when since he was one to distance himself from what seemed like everyone except for his brother Jimmy.

Right now you we're searching the streets in a panic after coming back to an empty apartment and the shattered glass of a random cup in the middle of the apartment, knowing he definitely dropped it when he started having his little episode.

As well as the news playing on the tv, it probably being the reason it triggered the episode for Billy.

You looked everywhere you think he would be. Finally, you got to the last place you could check. The small apartment Jimmy would hide him.

You thought the first place he would go to was his brother since you weren't with him.

You managed to break through the door of the apartment, seeing it looking 'empty' but you knew it wasn't.

"Billy! Billy!! It's y/n!" You called out as you started desperately running around, searching random rooms.

Finally, you got to this one room and tried to swing it open, only seeing it was locked.

You could hear the small whimper of somebody inside the room, knowing it was Billy.

"Billy sweetheart.. it's y/n let me in please.." you whispered through the door as you tried to shake the doorknob.

You heard more whimpering and shuffling in the room before finally, Billy said something.

"Go away please.." he whimpered out as you could hear him hiding himself, probably curled up in the corner.

"Alright Billy, you left me no choice-" you said before finally you managed to kick a hole through the door, digging through it before finally crawling through.

You wiped off any debris from the door off of your outfit before your eyes glanced around, finally landing on Billy who was curled up on the bed in the corner of the room, his brown doe eyes watery and looking at you.

"There you are, I was looking all over for you. Come on let's head-" you started to stay as you took a step forward before getting cut off, Billy tossing his arms in front of him to block you.

"Don't come near me!- please.." he called out, a tear falling down his cheek as you stared at him, slightly in shock since he's never really yelled at you, or turned you away during one of his episodes.

"Billy, baby... I'm here to help you.." you whispered as you slowly started moving towards him, your hands up slightly as you crouched down to his level.

His hands slowly moved down as he stared at you, a soft scared look in his eyes.

"Tell me what happened... please?.." you whispered as he gave a small sniffle and violently rubbed his nose with the back of his hand, a thing he did whenever he felt upset or nervous about something.

"I-I don't know!- I don't know.. what happened..." Billy said as he rubbed his nose harshly once again, his body slightly shaking while he brought his gaze down.

You decided to gently and slowly take his hand in yours, hoping that would help him focus on telling you what happened

. "I-I.. I saw something.. on the telly- about a girl.. she was missing, and- and I-I... I guess, it made me remember-" he said before cutting himself off with a small whimper as you let out a small sigh and gave a sympathetic look.

"Baby.. it's okay you don't have to say anymore-" you whispered before he nodded and you just pulled him into your arms, causing him to cling onto you while sobbing into your shoulder.

"Did you take your meds today?.." you whispered and Billy hesitated for a second before lightly shaking his head, his face still against the crook of your neck.

"I-I forgot.. I'm sorry-" he muttered quietly before you cut him off with a small kiss on the side of his head.

"it's alright- don't be sorry.. just please, remember next time.. I don't want this happening again.." you whispered as he quickly nodded his head in response.

You both just sat there for a while, holding each other in each other's arms before finally you managed to get him up and bring him back to the apartment, deciding to just try and relax for the rest of the day with him.

(A/N: Sorry I haven't posted any stories in a while! I've been busy. But yeah, right now I'm on cruise and I decided to post this- Billy Knight is my adopted son idc, he needs a mother figure and I'm willing to be one for him.)
