Song: Falling - Harry Styles

(Based off Don't Worry, Darling. Because I watched it today and I need an aspirin after the table scene.)

Joseph had just gotten home from work, and you were stood near the dining table.

You had red wine spilt on your white midwife dress and there was broken glass on the floor.

You just realized everything.

"Honey I'm home!-" you heard the British tone of your husband's voice ring as he placed his coat up.

Joseph walked away from the doorway, his brown eyes glanced down at the cuffs of his white button down shirt as he rolled them up slightly.

"God darling, today was tiring I must say-" your husband chuckled, only to cut himself up as he brought his gaze up and saw you- frozen, looking at him with a look of fucking horror.

"What happened here?" He muttered, confused as he saw the mess- he took a step towards you but you held your hand out.

"Get the hell away from me Joe." You said, your voice shaky and quiet.

Joseph just furrowed his eyebrows and tilted his head, confused on why you were acting like this.

"Darling what happened?-" he said, dropping his arms to his sides only to be cut off again by you.

"I know everything." You said, which caused his brown doe eyes to slightly widen as he looked at you.

"W-what?" He chuckled, still slightly confused and the tone of his voice a little nervous as he looked into your terrified eyes.

"Honey did you take something?" He questioned- the tone in his voice is still slightly nervous.

You just let out a chuckle and shook your head, slowly inching your way towards him.

"You know what the fuck I'm talking about Joe." You muttered, your tone harsh as you pointed your finger in his face.

He didn't react, he just cracked a small smirk and stayed quiet for a good minute, looking into your eyes.

"I did this for us darling.." he whispered, a glimpse of evil managing to shine through his normally soft brown eyes.

"You did this for yourself." You muttered, shaking your head.

You quickly walked into the living room, to which he followed you, grabbing your forearm to force you to look at him.

"Y/n you were tired with your life!- I decided to do this for you, you were tired of everything!" He said, raising his voice slightly.

Your eyes were red and tears streamed down your face as you glared at him.

"It was my fucking life Joe! I was fine with it!- you were just sad with your own!!" You yelled, wiping your tears as you noticed him take in a sharp breath, a small curl of his falling in front of his face.

"I DID THIS FOR US!" He screamed loudly, probably loud enough for the whole neighborhood to hear.

You just looked at him in shock- he never raised his voice at you like this.

"I GAVE US THIS PERFECT LIFE Y/N!! WHY CANT YOU JUST BE FUCKING HAPPY WITH THIS!!" He screamed even more, knocking a vase off a shelf out of anger as it shattered on the ground.

You just glared at him with your puffy red eyes.

"I want to go home Joe." You muttered, sniffling tears away while you looked into his eyes full of anger.

He just let out an angry chuckle and shook his head like you did- grabbing your arm harshly which caused you to gasp slightly.

"It doesn't work like that Darling.." He said with a harsh tone, getting in your face.

Out of instinct, you slapped him. Hard.

Joe quickly let go of you and grabbed his cheek, groaning slightly in pain.

Your eyes widened slightly, you knew you had it coming.

Instantly, you quickly sprinted to the kitchen out of fear.

"Get back here!!" He screamed, quickly following behind you.

You continued to sob as he trapped you in the kitchen.

He grabbed you harshly once he cornered you- you continued to sob as you quickly grabbed a hard glass cup and smashed it over his head, shattering and instantly killing him.

He fell to the ground, a small pool of blood forming around his head.

You stood there for a second, covered in his blood and the red wine you spilt.

You looked down at his body before running out of the house.

the neighbors saw you, gasping as you ran down the street, needing to escape.
