◦ ability ◦ ——— "Killed by Roses" Yukio can make plants grow anywhere he wants. He has to know the name of the plant and exactly what it looks like to make it. He can also make things grow in odd places, like in someone's lungs to suffocate them or in a gun to prevent it from being able to effectively shoot. The problem is, when he makes too many plants at a time, roses bloom on his arms. They can just be picked off, but the growing process is very painful.

◦ backstory ◦ ——— Yukio grew up with his mother. She was also an ability user, and she worked for the Port Mafia. It was mostly for money, and she tried to leave after she felt like they had enough money to survive off of. Yukio was 14 by this time, and he was working with the Mafia as well. His mother was executed, but he was told that she was killed while out on an assignment. After being thrown around in the mafia for being scrawny, weak, and easy to manipulate, Mori discovered how he was being treated and ordered Dazai to basically train him and be like a mentor, despite being a year younger. Dazai also mistreated Yukio, kind of like how he treated Akutagawa. Yukio started hanging around Chuuya after Dazai left, and realized how terrible the brunette was after experiencing Chuuya's unexpected kindness. He still works with the Port Mafia for money. He doesn't exactly love killing people, but he's good at it, so he's a decent member of the Mafia. He usually does interrogations.
