adele's family consisted of her, her older sister, and her mother. her father was part of the scout regiment and died soon after she was born. her family wasn't dirt poor, but they didn't have much. she grew up happy though. she met armin when she was five years old, and he quickly became her best friend.

5-12
not much happened in adele's life until she was introduced to eren and mikasa through armin at 8 years old. she thought of them all as family. she was with armin when the wall was infiltrated by the armored and colossal titans. she was separated from her mother and sister, they are assumed to be dead.

12-15+
adele begins training at the same time as the main trio. she joins the survey corps, wanting nothing more than to help humanity in whatever way she can. she is a skilled mechanic, which ends up coming in handy a lot.
