Epilogue

     4 years passed since that day, and Wendy felt more comfortable in Japan with the person she loves the most; Katsuki Bakugo. After they graduated from 'U.A High School', They both eventually moved out of their homes with Chelia and his parents, and got a house that the both of them can live in together. It started difficult at first, but they got used to it later on. In fact, they had an estate that all theirs and have 6 extra bedrooms to where if they ever had guests who want to spend the night at their place.

Katsuki: "Hey, Wendy."

Wendy: "Hi, Katsuki."

Katsuki: "What are you doing out here all by your lonesome?"

Wendy: "Just figured I'd get some air after all the events that happened to us."

Katsuki: "Oh yeah?"

Wendy: "It's so strange to think that Dabi was really Shoto's brother and he was also interested in me."

Katsuki: "Yeah; He's got some nerve trying to take my girlfriend like that."

Wendy: "Well, at least they were both reunited and Touya's injures have been completely removed. All the guys still hate their father, but at least the siblings are glad to be reunited with each other and their mother."

Katsuki: "Yeah; That's the cool thing about families sometimes."

Wendy: "It may not work out in the end like some families, but others never give up on each other. Plus, it's not just the blood types that make you family. It's also the bond that you have towards other people throughout your life. The love that no one else can ever compare."

Katsuki: "That's for damn sure."

Wendy: "You still keep in touch with any of our Classmates, Katsuki?"

Katsuki: "Yeah; Eijiro and I still talk to each other everyday. Along with Denki, Kyoka, Mina, and Hanta. What about you? You still stay in touch with Chelia and Izuku?"

Wendy: "Yeah; I even keep in touch with most our friends in our former class back in U.A. Including Hitoshi since he was around for the next 2 years."

Katsuki: "Right."

Wendy: "I even heard from Izuku that he got engaged to a girl named Atsuko Kagari. What's she like?"

Katsuki: "Don't worry, you'll meet her soon enough."

     Soon, there was a moment of silence and Wendy noticed that Katsuki was feeling a bit off about something.

Wendy: "Katsuki, are you alright?"

Katsuki: "Yeah; It's just that there's something I wanna tell you."

Wendy: "Really? What is it? You can tell me."

     Katsuki then took a deep breath, and looked over at Wendy to tell her what's on his mind.

Katsuki: "Listen, Wendy, you've been dating me for the past 4 years now, and I felt like every day was a way to heaven with each moment we spent together. You put up with my antics, and help me learn from them so they don't happen again. I'm not the best person to express myself by words alone, but I'm gonna try. You make me want to try."

     He then got down on his knees and made Wendy feel nervous about what he'll say next.

Wendy: "Wait, Katsuki, why are you down on your knees?"

     Soon, he looked up at Wendy with confidence and expressed how he loves her.

Katsuki: "When the School year began for us, you were 1 of the people I actually considered to be close with me even though I acted like an Asshole. You were the first healthiest relationship I ever had in my life."

Wendy: "I was?"

Katsuki: "Yeah; Throughout my life, I thought that the only thing I cared about was becoming the No.1 Hero like All Might. But after awhile, it made me think that there's more to it. In order to be a Hero, I had to learn about putting my trust in the right people. Wendy, you helped me realize that for a long time."

Wendy: "Katsuki..."

Katsuki: "Wait, there's more; Throughout the years that we've dated, I've never wanted anyone else in my life better than you. You smile when I help, confront me when I don't. I've never met anyone like you before. So now, I know that I can't be the best hero if I don't have the best person in my life every single day."

Wendy: "So, what are you trying to say?"

     Katsuki then took out a ring, and surprised Wendy with it by 4 simple yet powerful words.

Katsuki: "Wendy Marvell,...........will you marry me?"

     This made Wendy feel tears forming from her eyes and down her face, and gave Katsuki an answer.

Wendy: "Oh my God! Yes! Of course I will!"

     She then wrapped her arms around Katsuki's neck and kissed him passionately. After that amazing moment, he placed the ring on her finger, and felt very happy.

Katsuki: "This has gotta be 1 of the best nights of our new life."

Wendy: "It's only gonna get better later on, Katsuki."

Katsuki: "I love you, Wendy; I know it's hard to say it every day, but I mean it. You're the best person that I've ever met in my life."

Wendy: "Whatever goes down, we've got each other. Because, I'll always love you too. That's the 1 feeling that will never change."

Katsuki: "Damnit; As if there wasn't enough water to see out here. My face feels all soaked now."

Wendy: "Don't worry about it, Katsuki; You don't have to hide them from me anymore."

Katsuki: "Thanks, Wendy; So, what are you hoping for tonight?"

Wendy: "Well, first we gotta contact everyone and let them know that we're engaged now."

Katsuki: "Right; Maybe afterwards, we can try something a bit extra fun."

Wendy: "Oh? What do you have in mind?"

Katsuki: "Well, it mostly relates in our room."

Wendy: "You rascal."

     After that heartwarming proposal he made, Katsuki picked Wendy up bridal style and made their way straight to their bedroom where they enjoyed the rest of their night and possible future nights together.
