"Dear, this is the second time youve been sent to the nurse.-" The nurse pauses before noticing my injury. "Oh my goodness, what happened to your neck?!"

i sit down, somewhat shaking.

"i found her passed out in one of the storage rooms so im not really sure on what happened." i heard sal say.

"why did he lie?" i looked at him to see if i could find an answer, but no emotions were shown on his masked face.

"Ill be right back with bandages, wait here please, both of you." the nurse says in a rush, before running out.

"sal.. why did you lie?" i ask, still in a state of shock.

he turns his head to me slowly.
"Do you want me to be in trouble?"

"no, but, what are they gonna do when they find him laying there?!"

"y/n itll be fine." he said, undisturbed of all of this.

i sit there, wondering if this is gonna end in a good way.

"okay dear im back" the nurse comes in, holding a wet towel.

yall im so sorry i js havent rlly been feeling good. i lost my best friend a while back. (not dead) nd it js rlly hurts. but ik it always takes me a long time to post so im probably js gonna start posting shorter chapters but hopefully more often.
