Damian's alarm goes off and he groans in annoyance. He rolls over and lazily slams his hand onto it, shutting it off. He's still pretty sore from overworking himself right after being shoved around by Travis and his goons, but he's definitely not as sore as he was yesterday.

Damian sits up slowly and stretches a bit, adjusting to the soreness. He hadn't slept well the past couple of days (not that he ever sleeps all that well, but you know), so he's a bit cranky. He gets out of bed and stretches some more before going into the bathroom to brush his teeth. He looks up at his reflection and sighs. Though the bruises he had from the mission had faded a bit, as well as the one from Travis, he looked exhausted.

Damian quickly brushes his teeth, showers, changes, and puts on some makeup to cover his bruises and eye bags. He then heads downstairs for breakfast. When he enters the kitchen, he finds Jason at the counter. He rolls his eyes before walking over to the fridge. He opens the door to the fridge and grabs a sandwich, he then closes it and grabs a plate from an upper cabinet.

Damian sits a seat away from Jason, and completely ignores his existence. "Well good morning to you too." Jason greets sarcastically. Damian rolls his eyes, "What are you even still doing here, Todd?" Damian inquires. Jason turns to him a bit more, "Dickie found out that me and Tim were at the manor. I was supposed to leave today, but he decided to visit this weekend and convinced me to stay as well." Jason states in an unamused tone.

Though he doesn't let it show, Damian feels a bit of joy bubble up inside him knowing that Dick would be staying for a couple of days. Damian sighs, "Great. I just can't wait for all that lovey-dovey affectionate crap." Damian states sarcastically. Jason chuckles a bit. "Don't try to act so tough, everyone knows you're secretly a softy when it comes to Dick." Jason acknowledges in a teasing tone. Damian glares back at him, "That is not true. I can simply tolerate him more than you imbeciles." Damian states in an annoyed tone. Jason chuckles again, rolling his eyes. He ruffles Damian's hair a bit and Damian glares at him some more.

Damian finishes up his sandwich and heads upstairs to read before leaving. After about half an hour or so, he places his bookmark in his book and grabs his bag. He unzips the bag and gently places the book inside before zipping it back up. He then throws his backpack over his shoulder before walking over to his shoes. He quickly throws his shoes on and secures them. He then heads downstairs and out the door, to the car where Alfred is already waiting.

"Good morning, Pennyworth." Damian greets politely as he opens the door and sets his bag down, he then closes the door. Alfred gives him a small smile before greeting back, "Good morning master Damian." he replies softly and politely. Alfred starts the car and they set off towards Gotham academy.

Once at the school, Damian goes inside and organizes his things. Luckily, Travis wasn't around, so he head's straight to his first period. He opens the door to his first period, and steps in silently. He's the first one to arrive, which isn't unusual. He sets his things down and takes a seat at his desk, next to the window.

When the teacher notices Damian, she sets down the papers she was looking at and walks over to him. He looks up and raises an eyebrow. "Good morning Mrs. Bailey." He greets and gives her an inquiring look. Just as she's about to speak, one of Travis's goons walks in and sits down at his desk.

The teacher sighs and gives Damian a small smile. "Can I speak to you in private after class? I'll sign a note, so you won't be marked tardy for your second period." She says softly. Damian looks at her a bit confused, "Did something happen?" he inquires. Mrs. Bailey smiles softly, "No, I just need to speak with you about something small." She states politely. "I suppose a few minutes of talk won't be too bad." Damian replies tonelessly.

The teacher gives Damian a smile and a small nod before walking back to her desk. Damian could tell that the goon had been watching them since he walked in, but Damian ignored him. Damian takes out a book from his bag and reads it, ignoring others around him as more and more students enter for the first period.
