A thank you to Taiga-chan, who manages to comment some variation of 'JUST KISS HIM ALREADY' on every chapter I post. At this point in time, I think Tanjiro would get very embarrassed and confused at her telling him to kiss his friend, but author-san appreciates the comments that make them giggle.

On Tuesday of the following week, I can barely believe it's my third week of sophomore year.
I'm really getting used to this.
I halfheartedly take notes as the biology teacher drones on about the inner workings of the cell.
There's a window on the right hand wall of the classroom, so I stare out of it. There's a tree outside the window, it's leaves swaying in the wind.
Giyuu told us about his classes this morning. Senior year sounds hard. I don't know if I'll ever be ready.
Oh well, I've got a couple years to prepare. I'll do my best.
At some point I realize I've been spacing out and snap my attention back to the teacher. There's only fifteen minutes left in class. As soon as it ends, I grab my backpack and rush to the lunch spot.
Inosuke is already there, but something seems off about him. I can tell as soon as I sit down. His eyes are downcast, but not like his usual habit of staring at the floor. Something feels wrong, like he's gloomy or something.
