I have to say this is a decrease. Something about his vocals sounds weird. However this is sort of unique and I like the beat. I think this year any uniqueness can get you points as this year all the songs blend together. So even though his voice sounds weird, it's unique and could get points for Serbia. The creepy feeling reminds me of Gladiator. This might get them extra marks.
