The bbc has aired the handover and allocation draw. In this they gave the keys to the liverpool major so she could add liverpools. They also choose what semi final and which half of the semi final countries are in.
The first semi final is by far the hardest and most competitive. Germany, France and Italy are lucky to vote for the winner. The semi final containing countries like Norway, Malta, Sweden, Moldova, Finland and Czechia. These countries seem like obvious choices but which 4 out of the rest will join them. Serbia, Latvia, Ireland, Portugal, Croatia, Switzerland, Israel, Netherlands and Azerbaijan.
The second semi final being more predictable. The Spain, Ukraine and the Uk will vote. The choice with the highest odds being Cyprus, Romania, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Australia, Lithuania and slovenia. Which 2 countries will step up? Armenia, Belgium, Greece, Albania, Austria, San marino, Georgia or Poland.
