Chapter 7: Training, receiving One for All.

All Might's pov: As I woke up, I looked over to see Inko asleep with a huge smile on her face, I then remembered what we did last night for me to chuckle at how crazy we went. As I get up and get dressed I check on her to see if she was ready to get up.

All Might: "Honey, time to get up, you good?" I say for her to stir a little.

Inko: "Five more minutes." She says in a sleepy, groggy tone and barely opening her eyes.

All Might: "Alright, I'll let you sleep in a little bit. But if you need help getting up, just let me know." I say as start to get my clothes on. She looks at me with a smile on her face and says.

Inko: "I am going to need help getting down stairs, because I still can't feel my legs from last night." She says with a slight chuckle in her voice for me to blush a little.

All Might: "Hehe... We did go at hard last night. Don't worry though, I'll take care of breakfast and I will help you get downstairs after you get dressed." I says as I help her up and get dressed.

We then make our way to the kitchen and I set her down in a chair for her to relax and get some feeling back in her legs, while I cook a traditional American home breakfast. As I was just about finished with cooking, izuku came down with Katsumi holding onto his shoulder and Ochako being carried bridal style. We both noticed and chuckled at him a little for him to go beet red with blush.

Inko: "So did you three have a good time last night?" She asks them for them to blush and laugh awkwardly.

Izuku: "Hehe... Yeah sorry if we were to loud, we kinda got carried away. But don't worry dad, I did use the condoms you gave me, so no need to worry about grandkids yet." He says as both the girls blush at the thought of having kids with Izuku. Me and Inko laughed at their reaction for a bit.

All Might: "That's good to hear, but for now you should eat, we have a whole week of training to get through before I give you OFA. So eat up, I made plenty for everyone." I say as I hand out the plates for us to dig in.

(Later at the beach, Izuku's pov:)

After we were done with breakfast and the girls and mom were able to walk again, everyone other than mom went to the beach to resume training. I just kept up the work on clearing the trash away, and both the girls and dad look at me with stunned faces as I was easily lifting stoves, microwaves, TV's, refrigerators, and even a frickin sword forge, (seriously, who even has one of those now adays). I didn't notice because I had my earbuds in and was listening to one of my favorite workout songs. Eventually Ocha gets my attention for me to stop for a minute.

Ochako: "Hey Deku-kun, are you okay, you've been lifting a lot of heavy things and not slowing down at all?" She asks me with a little concern in her voice. I just shrug my shoulders.

Izuku: "Yeah I'm fine. The weight hasn't been bothering me, and I was just lost in my music that I wasn't even aware." I say as she just goes wide eyed as if I was crazy.

Katsumi: "Sorry Ichaan, we were just worried that you might hurt yourself that's all, but it's easy to forget that you got a major upgrade yesterday. Anyways, what song were you listening to, I'd like to hear it." She says as I pull my phone out of my pocket and show them the screen. They see that it's for a pre-quirk era video game called 'Apex Legends', and that it was a fan song made by a group named 'JT music'.

Ochako: "Looks interesting. Can we listen to it too? I'd love to hear it." She says with Kat agreeing. I shut off my earbuds and turn the volume up to max.
