I'm sitting on the car, next to Gracie. We are going to spend the weekend with her family.
I have never meet Gracie's family, and I'm so fucking nervous.

I mean, what Am I supposed to do?

-Too nervous?

-Whattttt?!

-Hey, there's no need to ok. They'll love you! I know that! -she says putting her right hand on mine, while her eyes are fixed on the road.

I just give her a gentle smile and I try to focus on the song from the radio.

Time skips and we are finally home.

We both go to the door.
And I completely freeze.

-Hey, I'm here. It's gonna be ok. -she says giving me a side hug.

She knocks at the door and her younger brother opens it, still looking  behind.

-I already said yes mom! I open the door! OH- Gracie! Finally! It's been a while! -he says giving her a quick hug.

-Omg, August! -she says hugging him back. -I'm still taller than you!

-Hey, it's just some inches! -he yells at her, but not in a rude way.

Then, he finally looks at me with a curious face.

-Gosh, you really have a bad taste don't you?

-Hey, Auggie! Y/N is my girlfriend and is the person I choose to be with, so I would be grateful if you could respect that!

-Shh! I'm not talking with you. I'm talking with Y/N! -he says looking at her, then looking directly at me. -The only thing I can tell you is that I'm sorry for you, girl. I swear, my sister is the most annoying person of the whole universe!

He makes me laugh after finishing his sentence.

-Yeah well, she can be annoying sometimes, but what can I say? I really have a bad taste. -I say laughing with him, while Gracie looks at us with an "offensive face".

-Ok, well, what if we walked in? -she asks.

-Of course. -says her younger brother.

We all walk in and I see her mom working on the kitchen with Henry, Gracie's older brother.

-Mom! -she yells putting her handbag down going to give a hug to her mother.

I put my handbag down on a table too.
August just sits down on the sofa.

-It's been so long! my little beautiful daughter is so grown up!

-Yeah mom. I know, what are doing? -she says looking at the food.

-Your favourite! Sushi!

-Omg. Thank you so much!  Also, this is Y/N! My girlfriend. -she says pointing at me and I just stay there with a friendly face. I hope I don't look  weird.
