"Army came in and put these fences up." Daryl tells the group.
They're standing outside of a supermarket called the Big Spot.
Daryl continues. "Made it a place for the people to go. Last week when we spotted this place, there was a bunch of walkers behind this chain-link keeping people out like a bunch of guard dogs."
Bob, one of the newest members of the group, speaks. "So they all just left?"
Daryl shakes his head. "Give a listen."
They go silent and can hear faint music playing. Michonne nods. "You drew them out."
Sasha smiles. "Put a boom box out there three days ago. Hooked it up to two car batteries."
Y/N nods in approval. "Smart."
Daryl crawls through the cut in the fence. "All right, let's make a sweep. Make sure it's safe. Grab what you can. We'll come back tomorrow with more people."
They slowly maneuver around the old military setup in the parking lot. Daryl, Zach, Michonne and Y/N wait near the front of the store. The others search for anything they can use in the abandoned camp.
Daryl hits the glass of the store a few times, making sure no walkers are inside. After, he leans against the brick wall. "Just give it a second."
Zach smiles. "Okay, I think I got it."
Y/N glances at him. "Got what?"
"I've been trying to guess what Daryl did before the turn."
Daryl just shakes his head. "He's been trying to guess for, like, six weeks."
Zach holds up his hands. "Yeah, I'm pacing myself. One shot a day."
Daryl waves his arm, playing into it. "Alright, shoot."
"Well, the way you are at the prison, you being on the council, you're able to track, you're helping people, but you're still being kind of... surly. Big swing here. Homicide cop."
Michonne and Y/N burst into laughter. Daryl smirks slightly. "What's so funny?"
"Nothing. Makes perfect sense." Michonne says.
Daryl shrugs. "Actually, the man's right. Undercover."
Zach's jaw drops. "Cmon, really?"
"Yep. I don't like to talk about it 'cause it was a lot of heavy shit, you know?"
Zach looks at Y/N, who's trying to hide her smile. "Okay... i'll just keep guessing then."
Daryl huffs. "Yeah, you keep doin' that."
Suddenly a walker hits the inside of the glass window. Another couple snarl from inside. Daryl walks over to the door. Y/N grabs the handle. "We gonna do this, detective?"
He huffs. "Shut up." Michonne laughs again. The others walk up and they open the door. Michonne and Y/N take down the four walkers waiting for them and Tyreese drags their bodies out.
Sasha nods at them. "All right, we go in, stay in formation for the sweep. After that, you all know what you're supposed to look for. Any questions?"
"Was there ever a time where you weren't the boss of me?" Tyreese asks.
Sasha smiles. "You had a few years before I was born."

The sweep goes smoothly. Only two more walkers were inside. After that, they split up to search the aisles. Y/N spots the pharmacy section and nonchalantly makes her way over. She skims the shelves looking for it.
At first, she was taking aspirin for the headaches. After her third bottle, she couldn't find it anymore. Eventually she came across Naproxen. It's a stronger medication and it helps her headaches.
She fumbles through the remaining medications before finally finding it. There's two bottles. She sighs in relief and quickly shoves them in her bag.
"Psst. Y/N."
She nearly jumps out of her skin at the noise. She stands up and sees Glenn a few aisles over. "Come look at this."
She walks over to him and sees what he's holding. A camera. She smiles.
He hands it to her and she puts it in her bag.
"You find anything?" He asks.
She hesitates. "No. Nothing really." He tilts his head at her.
Suddenly there's a loud crashing noise, like glass from further in the store. There's a shout and a large shelf falls over.
Everyone quickly makes their way over. It's Bob. He's under a shelf. Broken wine bottles surround him.
Daryl shines his flashlight onto him. "You alright? You cut or something?"
He shakes his head. "No, but my foot is caught."
Tyreese, Zach, and Daryl lift up one of the broken shelves and Glenn calls out. "What happened?"
"I was moving fast, man. I drove right into the drinks." Bob says with a slight laugh.
Y/N kneels down to look at him. "You lucked out. If this had come down the wrong way..."
Before she can finish, the ceiling gives way and a walker falls through it. Sunlight shines into the dark store and everyone ducks.
The walkers body is caught on a metal piece and hangs from the broken ceiling.
Glenn's eyes widen. "Yeah. Uh, we should probably go now."
Daryl makes a move towards the shelf. "Bob's still stuck. Get him out of there."
Michonne motions toward Y/N. "We'll get the others."
Suddenly another part of the ceiling collapses and another walker falls down. And another. And another. All across the store, walkers fall from the sky.
There's no use in silent weapons now, Y/N pulls out her gun and starts shooting. Right above her, a panel falls and a walker lands on top of her. She screams. Her gun gets knocked to the floor.
Her sword is on her back and she can't reach it as she holds off the walker.
Suddenly an arrow goes through its head. Daryl shoves the dead body off her and holds out his hand. "You okay?"
She nods, unstable to speak. She picks up her gun and continues killing them. Bob is screaming from under his shelf.
A walker is crawling to him. Y/N shoots it in the head.
A loud creaking noise on the ceiling makes everyone look up. There's a helicopter up there and it's getting ready to fall through.
Y/N helps Zach and Daryl lift the shelf and Bob crawls out from under. The ceiling is collapsing again and they start to take off when all of a sudden Zach shouts.
A walker bit his leg.
"Zach!" Y/N screams. It's too late for him as the walker scoots it's way up and bites him again on the neck.
The ceiling creaks again and Daryl yells. "Go! Go!"
They all rush out the front doors just as the helicopter comes crashing into the store.
