The mother: the creator of humanity
The mother stepped down from that position as soon as humanity was stable, and could evolve themselves. The mother now works in reimagining souls, and giving them new body's. Only the court and Karnic have met The mother, but they do not speak of it. Though certain members of the council have been spoken to by The mother, they have never truly met.

Karnic: Mains the karma system. He named himself after it, so people had a way to address him after the council got larger. They formed the council, and created the karma system. Tested the karma system before implementing it, and had a bad time figuring it out, but still went ahead with it and has no regrets.

The Court: Made by the mother to work. Works as a judge during judgement. Decides if people go to heaven or hell. Controls heaven and hells population (who, not what). They are able to multiply themself, so judgements can be immediate.

Juno: Was the first of her kind, created to help Karnic with karma in guardianship. Trained by Karnic. Now Juno just helps Karnic with simple work, such as sending messages to others on the council.

Naria: Controls the scenery of heaven. Trained by Karnic.

Senjiell: Mains the population satisfaction in heaven. Trained by Naria

Nim: mains possessions. Takes requests for the Savine to receive certain possessions. Most of the time, they're approved. Trained by July.

Ambren: Trained alongside Senjiell to control population satisfaction in heaven. He had a secret box, where people confess things. The council didn't like it, and it was one of the reasons why the court did not rule in his favour during his second judgement.

Boen: Created the guardians program, as a rehab for souls, and a training program for angels. Trained by Naria

July: mains appearance. Takes requests from the Savine to have their appearance altered to how they'd like, including disabilities (those requests are highest priority) etc, but most of the time she discourages it, unless it's something like being able to walk. She sends letters encouraging people to love themselves the way they are, because she thinks they're beautiful. She tries to be as charming as possible, and succeeds. Trained by Naria.

Future council members:

Emor: took over Silian's position, mains soulmates, partners with The mother, but does not know anything other than what The mother works on. Trained by Sillian.
Birth name: Bellamy Roy

Ambren: rejoins the council, as the first fallen angel on the council, and the first person to rejoin the council after being kicked off, to work at the new orphanage. He watches over all the children who do not have anywhere else to go in heaven, and assures them they have a safe place to go, since he understands what it's like to have a bad home. It took a bit of encouragement to get him to join, but after Oliver asked, he caved. He cares deeply for the children he looks after, and makes sure they have the best home in heaven. Eventually becomes a link between hell and the Athter, and works on communications between the two, as well as takes over Karnics position so he can have a (temporary) retirement. Did not receive training.

Jamie: joins the council to work alongside Ambren, after refusing for hundreds of years. He doesn't have a full time position for a long time, but prefers it that way. He works at the orphanage, and helps to get children settled, and does any work that Ambren can't get to. Trained by Ambren and Karnic.

Past council members:

Ambren: trained alongside Senjiell to control population satisfaction in heaven. He mostly just listened to what the Savine (Angels who are not on the council) wanted, and reported back to Senjiell. This earned him a reputation of being trustworthy, and he soon became somebody that the Savine would go to about their struggles if they needed help. He had a secret box, where people confess things. The council didn't like it, and it was one of the reasons why the court did not rule in his favour during his second judgement.
Kicked out because he went to hell, after commiting a record amount of crimes in one night.
Goes by Ren, after his fall, and only regains the name Ambren when he feels worthy.

Stepped down after declaring his work was done. Simply joined to be able to recycle his soul and be soulmates with his wife. The system has since been changed.
