The Power’s guard decides the roles of demons.
Ambren outranks every demon including the power after Owl becomes the Power.
The Power is the lead of everything in hell. Mentioned Powers are: Unnamed Power, Ambren, Owl, then Fern. They are not born human except for Ambren.
Gate Demons are demons that guard the gates to hell. They are not born human.
The Power’s guard is a title only held by one demon, Moose, as he could have easily overthrown the Power if he wanted to, and the Power wanted to make sure that did not happen.
Soul demons torment damned souls.
Protection demons survey the halls and make sure that no souls escape.
If the Power dies it will be replaced by its heir.
If a Savine is not sent back to the Athter (not judgement) through the gates any injuries that Savine has sustained will either not mend themselves, or heal incorrectly.
Subconscious changes can happen to anyone in Hades.
Complete demonization can only happen to souls being tormented.
Theazoron and Hades are considered to be separate places, Theazoron is not a subsection of Hades, despite branching off of its halls.
If the current power is killed, the killer will become the Power unless the heir overthrows them
