"Well sir you'll know after you read all that files i send you from top to bottom" shen smiled politely "I'll take my leave " walked out as fast he can after he close the door she thought 'boss you're really naive stupid sigh'

Ethan was confused and curious so he opened the file and read it without waiting to go home.

After reading through cassie grey's backround information ethan strangely felt not angry, but when he read through the cunning scheme of cassie to Stephanie in all those months when she was alive, he felt a raging fire in his heart his complexion become pale and cold. A chilling aura spread out. More than that his heart ache.

Ethan continued to read through the 3rd file, it was the part where cassie cheated with jeref. Ethan felt like laughing in anger and he did. Ethan felt so stupid he wanted to beat himself so bad. Ethan continued to read while feeling a bad premonition.

After reading through the last information. Ethan's hand ran through his hair in disbelief and anger. Ethan tried to calm down but couldn't. .
"....Why.." ethan murmured with red eyes trying to hold back his tears he wanted to shout let out his emotion he wants to die he felt so guilty. Why is it like this? Why me? Why my family? Stephanie and i was doing great with a little time we would be more familiar with each other more intimate we would be able to build a family of love just a little time.... Why did i let her go? I was not like this, I'm not that stupid .

Out of nowhere a dangerous force enveloped ethan. Ethan felt the force seemingly wanted to erase his memory and forcing himself to not remember something from the past. Come to think of it ever since I've been with cassie, Stephanie's figure in my mind became blurred it became vague was it all because of these force? What the heck is this? If it weren't for my strong mental force i would have long forgotten Stephanie. Someone wanted to break me and Stephanie? Why.

Ethan felt as if his head is about to split open in half, but he persisted not willing to lose. Time went by 3 hours later ,.

as ethan felt as if he's losing consciousness the force disappeared. Ethan panted as he stood up and reached out to hold onto the table to stabilize himself, a golden book suddenly appeared on his desk he reached out and opened it to read with vigilance in his heart.

After reading through it twice ethan scoffed and said a line from the book which seems to be a message and warning from the heavens to himself
"'Son of heaven, ethan reynold, daughter of heaven, cassie grey. Whatever happen the will of heaven stays the same even if one knows the will of heaven. You still can't break it'.... hilarious you just lost and now you are saying i can't break it what son of heaven? bullshit you dare kill my wife I'll destroy you!" Ethan heard a thunder in response. As if the heaven's was angered. Ethan doesn't care with red eyes he stormed out of his office.

Ethan doesn't believe in supernatural beings but currently he have to believe it. Ethan plans to go to the place where he met a blind mysterious old man who is no doubt the will of heavens. From what ethan remembers ever since he got into contact with that old man he suddenly lost good impression to those so called cannon fodders in the book best example is Stephanie. Even though ethan opposed to the marriage between himself and Stephanie it was not because he disliked Stephanie it's because he is afraid of restraining Stephanie to love someone who she really liked by this arranged marriage between their parents. Before the arrange marriage happened ethan treat Stephanie like a little sister another reason why he opposed the arrange marriage. Seeing that Stephanie agreed Ethan finally agreed, the parents let the young ones familiarize with each other for 2 months that's where ethan developed feelings to Stephanie they were doing okay until One day before the wedding, ethan went to inspect in person to the construction where the new project of the silviore company is being constructed. After the inspection he got into the car and asked the butler to drive home. After driving for 4 to 7 mins the car bumped into someone ethan facial expression didn't change as if pretty accustomed to it, as people nowadays would do anything for money. Ethan told the driver to check the person, after a few mins the driver came back and told ethan that it was just a blind old man who slipped the butler already gave him money as compensation for shocking the old man that it slipped. Ethan just nodded and told the butler to proceed driving to the house, on the way ethan felt he lost something important.

Outside the ceo's office was dark the only light can be seen is on the desk where a young man sitting on a chair eating noodles while his eyes are glued onto the computer screen he is shen the secretary of ethan, apparently watching a horror movie. Ethan burst the door open which frightened shen till his soul left his own body. (Author; just kidding lol)

Shen shivered what's wrong with the boss today he is so weird constantly changing mood is he on his period. Shen intantly shook off the thought as ethan was almost out of sight he doesn't want to stay here at all so creepy and dark. After shen is beside ethan, shen instantly ask where is he going he'll drive him there but ethan asked for the key he will drive himself and told shen he is dismissed. Seeing the car drove off shen shivered this scene is exactly the same as the movie he saw where the lead is watching the car drove off while leaving the lead onto the road in the woods, shen remembered correctly that after the lead couldn't see the car anymore he turned around and saw a body standing facing himself without head. Shen didn't dare turn his head around and walked to the near by bus station with quick step constantly repeating 'I'm a good boy i won't steal lollipops anymore WUWU'.
