Hello dear,
This notice is for the new readers of Smitten.
I have noticed recently that you guys have come across this book only to wonder later why there are no further chapters after 26.
The old readers are already aware about it, but I would like to state it again for you guys.
Smitten has been on a long hiatus. Like a very longggg hiatus. Tbh, I don't find the motivation to continue this story anymore. I have tried, but clearly failed. The books that I was once updating along with Smitten, even they have been completed and moved on to their next sequel, but not Smitten.
Initially it was because I found the story line of Smitten too cheesy, so I lost the motive. But later, I re-edited the entire story, changed the plot-line into a dark-spicy theme (the current plot that you read), which most of the readers continued to appreciate, but still, I found the story disappointing.
Hence, I thought to take a break from the story, in a hope to find back the motive, but it didn't help. Thus later I thought to completely unpublish the book, but I thought that will be unfair to the readers who loved coming back to here and re-read it.
Therefore, I left the book here, with no further updates though.
I know it is not the news what you expected to hear and I understand that you must be disappointed with my decision regarding Smitten. But seriously, if I drag myself to write a story towards which I feel no motivation now, that story will only turn out to be a trash.
I am genuinely sorry.
I still hope that may be some day, when I find the right time and space, when I find my thoughts back to Jia and our Obsessed Jungkook, I will continue writing Smitten.
