It's a beautiful sunny day at Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

The rays of the sun beaming down...
Waves splashing against the sand...
Birds harmoniously flying in the sky...

And...
A crowd of thousands of patiently awaiting people lined up near one of the slipways of the Harland & Wolff Shipyard Company.
Standing on the slipway is a giant block of metal framings and iron shell platings pasted together by strong iron rivets, forming the empty hull of a glorious ship.

The staffs of the ship's owner company, the White Star Line, and all of the thousands of men who contributed to building the ship prepared as their continuous hardwork is about to pay off.

It's the morning of April 04, 1901.
The long awaited launching of the ship is about to commence. The staffs sat down on their respective seats. They take turns standing on the podium above everyone and saying their speech. Finally, the new ship's name is revealed to be the "R.M.S. Celtic."

Afterwards, the support blocks supporting the giant empty hull are removed. The enormous hull of the ship gracefully slides down the slipway. Thousands of people cheer as the ship's hull smashes into the water creating a giant blast of wave. The glorious ship has officially been launched.

Sooner, the small tugboats enter the scene. They attach their ropes onto the capstans of the ship. Together, the tugboats roar as they pull the giant empty hull of the ship all the way to where it would be fitted with it's necessary machineries and fabulous interiors.

Among from the crowd of thousands of people, is a man named Jordan Buckington. He is a staff of the White Star Line's rival company, the BIM Line. He watches with a mischievous glare in his eyes as the ship's hull slides down the slipway. He has been sent there to collect information about the White Star Line's new ship.

After the launching, he gets onto his car and drives off. He arrives in one of the BIM Line branches. He gets off his car and enters the building. The guard greets him. "Good afternoon sir." said calmly by the guard. Jordan replies, "Good afternoon to you too. Do you happen to know where Mr. John Morgan is?" The guard answers, "Yes sir, he's in the meeting hall with other high ranking staffs." Jordan walks down the hallway and heads to the meeting hall.

He presses on the doorknob, pushes it forward, and enters the room. John Morgan, the current owner of BIM Line is having an important meeting with the high ranking staffs of the company. John greets Jordan. "How was the launching of the new ship?" said by John. Jordan then replies, "The launching went well. This new ship named 'Celtic' seemed to have attracted the public's attention. Thousands watched her launching." John replies, "Hm. Well in that case, we're gonna need a ship far more larger, powerful, and luxurious!" This prideful sentence got the other high ranking staffs invested on the newly planned ship.

Thus, the discussions about it began.
