"Not now, I will let you know what I want", he said with a slight mischievous tone, making yn smile in amusement.

"Well, whatever you want you will get..but now you will get what you deserve and that is a 50% raise".

This piece of information took him aback as 50% raise was a huge deal for a newcomer like him. That would mean he could become a millionaire in a year and not work for half of his life. This was indeed an unexpected occurrence for jungkook. But whatever he did was not for money, it was for the person standing right in front of him. Went WAY out of his way to please her....thought of her problems as his and religiously followed her every word.

Why?

Ever since he met her, he had been different. This does not fit the bill because initially, it was just fatal sexual attraction. But this molded into something more deeper and meaningful within a very short amount of time. Was it her excusing his mistake the first day? Or was it how she would go to any extent for the company and its coworkers? Or maybe when she stayed up many nights, working hard and missing her sleep.

All his life he had been patient.

Patient with his parents who never really made the time out for their only son, being busy with their work and then getting divorced , made jungkook a lonely child who took care of himself. Being a submissive and emotional kid it was hard for him to grow solely depending on himself. His parents gave him a money and a roof to live under, but he never had someone to look up to..someone to love. Regardless, he hid his feelings from the world and tried to be tolerant of everyone around him. His girlfriend too just shut him down, breaking his heart into pieces. Probably this was what made him crave a reliable yet dominating figure. Someone, he could look up to.

What was so much different about yn was that she was not superficial. She was strong-minded and the heart to get what she wanted which was exhibited on the surface. Her skill of understanding people around her was what truly drew him in every way possible. Maybe that's why he fell in love with her without ever realizing it. Yes, he initially viewed his as an ideal sex partner but as he got to know her....it turned into much more serious and unchangeable.

Letting out a soft sigh, he opened his mouth and said, "I don't need such a big raise".

Yn face dropped and she shook her face sideways, "no you..YOU saved this company you deserve this...and we have to keep these things confidential".

Smiling ear to ear like a puppy at her words he nodded and scratched the back of his neck in embarrassment. Yn returned his smile and thought he was cute...like a brother. (lol)

Ever since she met him,jungkook reminded her of her brother seokjin who was currently living in Canada with his wife. For his shy nature and maybe handsome features, she couldn't help but reminisce about her brother. Too bad for jungkook tho.

"Sooo it's getting late I should go, see you on Friday"

He nodded and they both left yn's office.

Walking to the parking area, unaware of the person lurking behind a car, she turned to her car when a pair of steel hands encircled her neck, choking her.

"You think you are so clever huh? Making your dog sleep with my secretary and make me lose my job? You bitch"

Hearing his voice and words, she immediately knew it was none other than her rival, her ex... Min yoongi.

"leave me you..u are hur..ti..ng me", she said as tears began to spill out her e/c eyes.

"Oh yn I just asked you to sleep with me and you destroyed me? Now isn't that unfair kitten", he purred creepily as he added pressure onto her throat
