ITALLICS = SPEAKING IN NAVI
Kyuna had gone to speak to her mother and father. Much to her surprise she was also met by neytiri and tsu'tey.
"oh.." the girl paused, "what is everyone doing here?"
"daughter i think we need to talk" mo'at spoke a sturn look on her face.
Actually, when kyuna looked around, she noticed all her family looked mad. She took a seat infront of her family members.
"we understand we gave you orders to train the jakesully but you have come too close.." her father spoke, "what is going on between you and that dreamwalker?"
"father?? nothing!! nothing is going on i am just doing what was instructed of me!" the girl spoke quickly, panic in her voice.
"daughter, we see the way you look at him" mo'at spoke once again.
"and how do i look at him?" kyuna spat back
"like you trust him" neytiri spoke up finally, tears pushing against her waterline, "and you should not."
"no"she whispered shaking her head
"you are far too kind to everyone daughter, you must learn to put up a barrier. protect yourself" her father moved placing a hand on his daughters shoulder.
"father i am just doing what was asked of me" she looked at her hands, bawled up on her thighs.
"you are doing much more, girl do not kid me" mo'at said anger slipping off her tongue.
"i agree with your parents" tsu'tey spoke up
"oh please you just hate him!" kyuna shouted now, tears rolling down her face.
"sister.." neytiri whispered, her gentle eyes looking her twin up and down.
"kyuna, my dearest girl, we mean to protect you. do not forget what happened to Sylwanin."
"father please" tears poured from the girls eyes now moving her focus back to her hands.
"she was murdered at the hands of sky people and you will be too if you do not take our advice" her father finished what the point he was trying to get across.
Without giving a response the girl ran away from her family, grabbed her bow and ran into the forest, away from everything.
She climbed trees, swam through rivers and ran across the forest floor. But eclipse came incredibly soon, she couldnt camp out in the forest, unless she had a death wish of course. The girl was strong of course, but sleeping in the forest alone, nah shes good.
"who do they think i am? i am not a baby" the girl spoke to herself leaping from one high brach to another
"i am simply respectful to newcomers, my eywa wait until i tell jake about all that they said." she chuckled.
She jumped from the branch to a vine, and swiftly made her way to the forest floor.
The girl ran, making her way to dodge trees and shrubs of all sorts.
Once the girl reached a small clearing she paused to take a breath.
Her ears pricked hearing a twig snap, quickly she reached for her bow, getting prepared to release an arrow incase of an attack.
A large creature emerged from the bushes, the same large creature that had attacked her a month ago.
"Palulukan" the girl whispered.
Although the girl noticed the animal wasnt hunting her like last time, it was just there.
The girl made a rash decision, she lowered her bow. She brought her fingers to her forehead, swiftly bringing them down.
"i see you"
In return, the creature bowed its head. A small chuckle came from kyuna.
"take me back to hometree? our little secret hm palulukan"
The two rode through the forest, kyuna yelping and raising her hands with pure excitement the entire way. Once the two were within about hald a mile of home tree the creature stopped and ghe girl carefully dismounted the animal. Petting its head in thanks.
