Prompt: You and Maddie see each other again after 4 years. This is a good one y'all. Like I think y'all are gonna like the end. 

3rd Person POV

Maddie has been living in LA for about 4 years now, it was quite the life, the fans, the paparazzi, and the model gigs she got. She loved it, absolutely in love with her lifestyle. She wouldn't change it for the world. She loved her friends, and how she was here, she loved being away from the dance and Abby's drama.

On the other hand, you found yourself in a cozy home down in Northern California, in a small college town named Chico. You were currently a junior in college, pursuing a career in performing arts with a minor in psychology. You found your core friends and had a cute little apartment that you shared with your best friend, Hannah, and your dog June. With good grades and a nice path waiting for you after college. Many dancing companies have contacted you about being a competitive dance coach/choreographer. Your dream. You kept in touch with some of the Dance Moms' girls, like Chloe, Kalani, and Nia. You always tried to keep in touch with Jojo due to your closeness during the show, but ever since her fame rose up it's been hard to find time to spend more time together.

You saw how some of the girls would get together every now and then for nice dinners or picnics at the beach or just some random stuff, you always got invited but never actually had the time to go out with them, especially since you were quite far away. Chloe always managed to find time to fly out to Chico and spend some weeks with you, Nia came along sometimes. Brooke and Paige would sometimes make some random appearances, Kenzie came once but she stayed for about two days before she had to catch a flight to Canada. You hadn't heard from Kendall in a long while, but it was expected, you two didn't have the best of relationships. And you were on and off in the show so you never got the opportunity to get close to the other girls that much. And as for the older Ziegler, well you also hadn't heard much from her, you assumed she wasn't on her phone much so you stopped reaching out about 4 years ago, it was sad, but then again you two weren't the closest on the show so you never got to be that close friends with her.

Well, now it was winter break and for some reason, Chloe had convinced your lazy ass to come down to LA to spend the winter with her and Brooklyn. You didn't really feel like third wheeling, but damn Chloe is convincing. So here you were, waiting to get picked up from the airport. Your flight arrives at 5 pm, and it is currently 6 pm. Chloe kept texting you that the traffic was horrible.

'This is why I love small towns" you thought to yourself, with your luggage at hand, you went over to the Starbucks to get yourself a cup of hot cocoa and a chocolate chip cookie. You were never a fan of coffee. It gave you the shits.......you don't like the shits.

As you sat down, you started to see how some people kept looking over at you a lot, with a roll of eyes and a groan you put your hood up and some sunglasses. while you weren't "Angelina Jolie" famous, you were still quite known because of the show and most importantly because of the various shows you do thanks to dance, and not to mention the musicals you often took part in thanks to your voice and ability to express feelings through dance. But, you hated it, only really did it because it was for a class grade.

And finally, after an hour and a half, Chloe called. Although it wasn't Chloe on the speaker, Brooklyn. "Hey girl, we outside," she said, you replied with a simple ok and started to make your way outside. People taking videos of you and asking you questions as you walked. AirPods in, max volume. It worked. finally, you were in the car and on the way back to Chloe's apartment.

The blonde was talking about how much she missed you and how excited she is to have you here, and you reciprocated the feelings but not with such excitement. As soon as your dancing coach heard of your two-week break, she could not believe it so she lined you up with a friend of hers down in LA so now you have dance practice even though you are supposed to be on your break. Oh, well.
