Imagine(Maddie)

This was also requested, and I also do not remember by who it was from, but hope you like it!

Prompt: your parents fight a lot, you are not Chloe's sister in this, and Maddie is always there to comfort you.

Your POV

"WILL YOU JUST STOP TAKING HER TO THAT STUPID DANCE STUDIO?! CANT YOU SEE ITS DESTROYING HER?!?!" I heard my dad yell from downstairs, I was in my room trying to do my homework, I felt tears well up in my eyes, my chin wobbled, I felt a lump in my throat.

"ITS JOG DESTROYING HER, SHE IS COMPLETELY FINE" my mom yelled back, I rolled my eyes at how clueless she was, sure she was nice and caring but sometimes she didn't really know what was happening to me half the time.

"YES IT IS, CANT YOU SEE RHAT OUR HAPPY AND BRIGHT LITTLE GIRL BECAME THIS DARK SAD GIRL?! WHO ONLY SMILES FOR PICTURES?!" My dad yelled, I could basically see his face as he yelled, he has always been there for me when I came home crying, or when I came home weak to the point I could barely walk. I always put my best on everything, I wore myself out just to make Abby proud, but it never seemed to work.

"SHE IS FINE MARCUS(don't ask that's the first name that came to my mind) SHE IS A TALENTED YOUNG GIRL, WHO WILL DANCE IN BROADWAY" my mom yelled, I flinched, my brows furrowed, I have never been a fan of Broadway shows, sure I liked musicals and all, but it never really interested me enough to be in one. I want to be a photographer, like my dad, I want to travel around the world and find beautiful places so that I could take pictures.

"NO MARISOL(also first name that came into my mind) SHE IS NOT FINE, CANT YOU SEE? SHE COMES HOME EXHAUSTED, CRYING, SHE CAN BARELY WALK, I HAVE TO CARRY HER TO HER BED EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU TWO COME BACK FROM COMPETITIONS. I GET IT SHE IS TALENTED AND I AM PROUD OF HER, BUT THIS STUPID SHOW SHE IS IN, IS KILLING HER, SLOWLY BUT IT IS" he said, my tears came out, flowing like a river after a storm, warm like the sun after a snowy day, and salty like the ocean. Sobs started to come out, the lump in my throat still there making it hard to breath, I took my phone and called Maddie, she picked up almost immediately.

"Sunshine? What's wrong?" She asked, I couldn't talk my sobs were loud enough for her to understand, "I'm on my way there, ok love? Just leave your window open, for me," she said, I heard her get up from wherever she was at, grabbing the keys to her car(she is 16 in this) "I'll be there in 10" she said, I hung up and continued to listen to my parents. Only to hear my dad knock on my door.

"Hey princess, I'm sorry you had to-" he cut himself off as he saw my tears, I turned away from him and wiped them with the sleeves of my hoodie, "oh princess, I am terribly sorry, you shouldn't have heard any of that, but I am afraid that this argument will go on for a while, do you want to go out to get something to eat?" I shook my head, he looked at me with the softest eyes, he was holding me in his arms, the arms I haven't felt in years due to dancing all day.

"Mads is on her way, I'm going to stay at her house tonight, if that ok with you?" He nodded, kissing my forehead, we heard a knock on my window, Maddie standing there looking at us with a soft smiled. I stood up and walked over to my window and opened it, helping her in.

"Hey Maddie could I talk to you for a sec?" My dad asked, she nodded and they went out the door, I started to pack some clothes for the night.

Maddie's POV

" thank you, Madison, for everything you've done for Y/n, I owe you everything, whenever you need something, or a place to stay at, we are always here, the door is always open, or the window too" Mr. Y/l/n said with a laugh making me chuckle.

"Sir, all I want is for Y/n to always feel safe and comfortable, that is my goal for her, and I'd do whatever it takes to get it" I answered, he smiled and hugged me really quick.

"Just promise me that she will always be safe with you Madison" he said, I smiled and nodded.

"Sir, I promise that I will make sure that Y/n is safe with me, I'll make sure that she is always warm and happy, I'll always be by her side to make sure she is completely good" I said, he smiled and then pushed me towards Y/n's room.

"Sunshine? You ready?" I asked her, she had her back turned to me, she turned to me with a small smile, she walked over to me and did the thing I was hoping for her to do a long time ago. She grabbed my face and kissed my lips softly, I kissed back and smiled, once we separated our foreheads were pressed together, smiles on our faces. "Let's get you to my house, love" I said, I grabbed her back pack and helped her out the window.

I drove us to my house, we enter and we go to lay down on my bed. Her head went to lay on my chest as my hand ran up and down her back, feeling the goosebumps form, as I always knew this calmed her down.

I held her as she snuggled deeper into me. "Hey sunshine?" I asked, she leaned up and looked at me, her eyes shinning with the light of the moon that came through my window.

"Yeah?" She whispered back, I looked at her, "hey what's wrong Mads?"

"Nothing, just admiring you," I saw her blush and look down, "also I wanted you to know that I'll always be here for you, whenever you need me, I'll be here, I want you to always feel safe and comfortable, you are special to me Y/n, and you mean the world to me, without you I would probably go insane, I would die for you, and I would love for you if you want me to. I love you Y/n Y/l/n, and I want you to know that I'll always be here for you" I said, I saw her eyes fill with tears.

"I love you too Madison, I love you so much" she said and hugged me, "will you be ok with me leaving the team? You know to pursue my photography dreams?" She asked in a low voice I would barely hear her, but I did. I stoped for a second and then nodded with a smile.

"Babe, I want you to be happy, and if that means that you want to quit the team and pursue your photography, then go for it, I'll be with you every step of the way. But you have to promise to take some photos of me" I said, she giggled and I smiled, proud to make her laugh, I pecked her lips.

"Let's go to sleep now, love. I love you" I said.
"I love you too Maddie, goodnight" she mumbled, she placed herself back into my chest.

FINALLY POSTED IN HERE, UGH ITS BEEN WEEKS, or at least I think, maybe it's been like five days and I'm over reacting, but at least I posted:)
