Chapter 5 - Danger

"What's up danger. Don't be a stranger!"

S.P.POV
You and the rest of the examinees are trusting the the swamp. Every step had you feeling more and more tired and what didn't help is the fact that you were starting to loose sight of Satotz. "Hey guys! Me and Killua are going to the front to catch up with Mr.Satotz." Gon said. "You idiot! If I could get to the front I would already be there." Leorio said. "We'll catch up with you later, Gon." Kurapika said.

You all kept running and with all the fog in the way you could barely see anyone else. "This is bad, with this fog we can't tell which way we're going." Kurapika said. "True, didn't he say that we wouldn't reach the second phase if we lost him." You said. "It's okay. As long as we don't lose sight of the guys ahead of us." Leorio said. Suddenly all of the guys heads who were running in front of you started to fly off. "What in the hell is going on now?!" Leorio said in shock as we all stopped. 

Giant floating strawberries appeared all around us. "Wow, what is that?" Leorio questioned. A man started walking towards it to figure out and got picked up by a Giant dinosaurs turtle who them proceeded to eat him whole.

Everyone started running in a panicinkg to be attacked by more of the Giant dinosaurs turtle's. Instead, you all stood your ground as they surrounded you. You took out your scythe chain and tried getting it to get big but it just wouldn't work. "Aughh! Why won't it just-" you  were cut off by Leorio's screaming so you looked up and saw him holding a piece of wood in the turtles mouth. "Leorio!" You and Kurapika said at the same time.

Kurapika jumped onto the thing head and was about to strike it but was attacked instead. "No, Kurapika!" You yelled.

"This can't be happening" you said to yourself. "No, no! I can't give up now!" You closed your eyes and thought of what to do and then suddenly you felt something in your hand. "I did it!" You said to yourself.

"Can't stop me now! I said I got you now. What's up danger? Come I said what's up danger?!"

You ran up a tree and then jumped off of it, doing a back flip to get down. "Woooooo" you yelled excitedly. As you were falling you used your Scythe to slice the Turtles head off and then landed on your feet.

You ran over to Kurapika and Leorio. "You two alright?" You asked. They both looked at you with a shocked expression. "What? Never been saved by a girl before?" You asked jokingly. "Come on." You said helping up Kurapika who happened to be blushing harshly. "It looks like we've lost sight of the front runners" Kurapika said. "Damn it. Which way should we go?" Leorio asked. "Huh?" Leorio said. "Hold on" Leorio said putting his arm in front of the two of you, making you both come to a hault. "Look over there." He whispered.

You looked over and saw Hisoka being surrounded by some type of group of guys who all wore blue. "Your not Hunter material." One of them said, "I've been thinking that ever since we met last year." "We'll spare your life if you promise you'll never take the Hunter exam again." Another one guy said. "Sure, why not. I intend to pass so there's no need to retake it." Hisoka said. "Oh yeah? you idiot, just look at this fog. Do you really think you can figure out which way the main pack went in all this?" The guy asked. "He's right, we all failed this year! No way we can catch up with everyone else." Another guy said. Hisoka chuckled "That's it. Then? You failed so now you want play examiner?" He asked. "Hunters require prey, so why don't I play the examiner? All of you gentleman claim to be hunter material. But I'll be the judge." Hisoka says whipping out his card.

The man growled, "you shut the hell up!" as the groups of guys charged towards Hisoka. With one flick of his wrist, Hisoka had the entire group of men laying dead on the ground. The group leader tried crawling away but to his dismay ended up getting struck with a card.

Hisoka pulled his card out of the man and then looked at the three of you. "Well? What about you three? Care to play examiner?" He asked. The three of you gasped in shock and stood there.

He then turned around and started walking towards you. "You guys, what do we do?!" You whisper shouted. "Okay. Leorio, Y/n. Wait for my signal, then we all run in opposite directions." Kurapika said. "Seriously?" You asked. "The fact of the matter is, he's far more experienced in actual combat situations. Even the three of us don't stand a chance against him. We're short on time and we can't afford to waste more on a fight we can't even win." Kurapika answered.

Hisoka inched closer and closer to us as he drew out another card. "Now, run!" Kurapika said. The three of you ran in separate directions. While you were running you thought about your family. "Come on, Y/n. What would they do?" You said to yourself as you turned around and ran the other way.
