Alaina stayed at the wedding, all the way up until everyone was waving Edward and Bella goodbye for their honeymoon. Bella wore a tan shirt dress with a black ribbon around the waist. She now had bird seeds in her hair when she hugged her mother and Edward had stopped to talk to his family.

     Alaina watched as Edward drove him and Bella off inside Carlisle black car. People cheered, and clapped until the car was out of sight.

     The howls of Jacob echoed through Alaina's ears. He was sad, angry, but mostly sad. Alaina wanted to find Jacob, her childhood friend, but she couldn't now. She felt contractions, a muscles of her uterus tighten up like a fist and then relax. She'd been timing them since the service, now having them three minutes apart.

"Carlisle." Alaina said, gripping onto his arm, breathing heavy. "I think I am having the baby."

"That's definitely a wedding gift." Said Emmet.

"Don't make me smack you." Alaina said, lifting her stomach up from the pressure that was weighing on her. "Someone call Embry. If he's not here, I swear to God, I'm going to kill him."

Carlisle helped Alaina inside, where he had already had up all her things to deliver the baby. Grandma Sandra helped Alaina into a hospital gown, out of her dress. Alice put her onto the hospital bed, getting her comfortable.

"Did you steal these?" Alaina laid down, breathing heavy.

"No." Alice said. "Borrowed, maybe."

"Where's Embry?" She squeezed onto Rosalie's hand.

"He- They are on their way now." Rosalie answered. "Just breath. Stay calm."

"I love you, but don't make me snap." Alaina laughed painfully. She felt a tear rolling down the side of her face. "This hurts like hell."

"They're here." Emmet poked his head in the door.

"Send them in." Carlisle said.

It took twenty-seconds for Embry to run in, he ran straight to Alaina's side, grabbing her hand.

"Hey." He said. "The others are waiting right outside the territory line. Besides Seth and Leah. They sorta didn't care."

"How long until I can get my baby out?" Alaina said.

"Right now." Carlisle said, as Rosalie lifted Alaina's legs. "I need you to push, Alaina."

Alaina had gripped Embry's hand so hard so swore she felt his bone crack, and she pushed, she screamed, and sweated, but after five long, painful pushes, the baby had come.

Alaina breathed exhaustively as Embry was in her ear telling her how great she'd done.

"Here is your baby boy." Carlisle laid Alaina the baby covered in some blood and vernix caseosa, wrapped in a blue and white strapped, smooth towel, on her chest.

Alaina gently stroked her sons head, soothing the cries coming from him. She smiled genuinely, her smile was full of love and comfort. Her glossy covered eyes looked up at Embry, who rubbed her shoulder and kissed her forehead.

"I told you we'd have a son." Embry said. "Noah Liwanu Call. Something simple."

"I thought we said those were two first names." Alaina said.
