Seven Months Later

October 2nd 2020

"Get out of me" Carina yelled at her now very large pregnant belly as she bounced away on a yoga ball doing every possible thing to naturally bring on her labour, "Babe I don't think you yelling at our baby is going to make him come out any quicker" Maya said laughing at her wife as she cooked her family dinner "You are so convinced this baby inside of me is a boy aren't you" the Italian said pushing herself up from her ball and waddling over to the two blondes in the kitchen.

"It's going to be a boy mama" Lily said as she drew a picture for the fridge "How are you so sure" Carina asked "Because I want a brother" the younger blonde said "She needs to make an arrival and she needs to do it soon because tomorrow I have been pregnant for 41 weeks and I'm over it" the brunette said her voice laced with frustration, "My love we have an appointment tomorrow and you can get a stretch and sweep" the blonde said plating up the pasta she just finished cooking "Maya I have told you 50 times I do not want a stretch and sweep" the Italian shot back "Okay okay" Maya said holding up her hands in defence.

"Is she asleep" Carina asked watching her wife walk back into there room "Out like a light" Maya said looking up from her phone to see Carina stimulating her nipples "Ahh what is going on" the blonde asked laughing climbing into bed next to her "I am trying to naturally induce my labour can you grab me that medicine cup please I need to collect the colostrum" the brunette said "Do you need help" Maya asked "Please" the brunette agreed nodding her head allowing the blonde to manually extract the liquid gold from her nipples.

"I'll go and put this in the freezer and be right back" Maya said leaving her wife with a quick kiss and running off to the kitchen, meanwhile Carina stripped her clothing off ready to try the next thing on her list to get this baby out of her "And you are naked" Maya said "Stimulation" Carina simply said "Yeah that's what I just did" the blonde replied "Clitoris stimulation" the Italian correct "Oh is this you way of asking me to have sex with you" the fire chief joked "Yes".

"Ahh Maya" Carina said softly shaking her wife as her 15th contraction of the early early morning rushed through her body "What" the blonde mumbled sleepily "We are having this baby" The brunette stated "Oh shit" Maya replied suddenly much more awake looking over at her clock seeing it was just past 3am.

"Are you feeling okay"

"Yeah they are bearable" Carina replied, "How many have you had is it labour or Braxton hicks still" Maya asked "this is my 15th one" the Italian replied "15TH why didn't you wake me" the blonde asked shocked "Because we are about to get a series of sleepless nights and I thought you could do with the extra sleep" Carina stated.

"How far apart are they" Maya asked "Still 6 minutes so we have a while before we need to go to the hospital I'm going to have a shower you should change the sheets and then get some more sleep" the Italian said incredibly calm considering she was about to go through what could be the worst pain of her life "Change the sheets why" Maya questioned "My waters just broke all over them" the Italian replied standing up and waddling her way towards the bathroom.

"Babe how you doing" Maya asked walking into the bathroom to see Carina standing in the shower the hot water streaming down her back "Yeah I'm okay bambina can you call your mom maybe get her to come over incase we need to leave so we don't need to wake Lily" Carina replied shooting her wife a quick smile.

"Mom hey" Maya said "Maya it is 4 am is everything okay" Katherine asked "Carina is in labour can you come to watch Lily for us please" the blonde asked followed by an of course and a promise she would be there as soon as possible.
