Your name is Rosalie Sparks and you are commonly called Rose. With your long blond hair and your big dark blue eyes you are a real beauty.Your character: courageous, loving, insidious, self-confident.Your blood status: Pureblood.Your Patronus: Wolf.Your story begins after the war. You and your parents (Tom and Lily) survived but lost your home and fortune, leaving you dependent on others for help. And those Others are the Malfoys! Your father is like Lucius' secretary, your mother and you help Narcissa around the house. In return, you get to live in her huge house. And now your story begins:"How pathetic!" you mumble angrily to yourself. "Did you say something?" asks your mother and hands you a plate to dry off. 'No!' you say annoyed and your mum sighs, 'Honey, it could have been worse for us. After all, we have a roof over our heads and I get along very well with Narcissa!" "That's nice for you." I answered and put the last plate in the kitchen cupboard. "That's it for today!" she says and folds up her towel. "I love you mom." I said kissing her cheek. "Me too Rose!" She smiled happily and I made my way to my room. Even though we've lived here for about two months, the Malfoy house still felt like a maze to me. I walked down the long hallways that would hopefully lead me to my room and suddenly found myself face to face with Draco. "Sparks! Good to meet you. You can tell your mother that she might season the food more soon!" he sneered at me. When it came to my mother, I couldn't take a joke: "My mum is the best cook there is! Don't you dare insult her!" He was still grinning, "Like I said, tell her." "You disgusting snake!" I hissed, receiving an invisible slap that came flying out of Draco's wand. I looked at him in horror and drew my wand, but before I could say anything, Draco called out, "Expelliarmus!" and my wand flew into his hand. His grin grew even wider: "You don't stand a chance Sparks. It's a miracle you survived the war." "Give it back to me!" I said angrily. "Not in such a hurry. If you apologize to me, you'll get it." I seethed with anger. I hated the power he had over me and my parents. And that's what my mother called >> It could have been worse for us <<? "You can wait until you black out, Malfoy!" I hissed, turning and walking head held high into my room. I leaned my back against the door, closed my eyes and took a deep breath. How is this supposed to go on? I looked around my room. It was large and beautifully decorated. It had a large four-poster bed, a comfortable seating area, a large dressing table and an even larger wardrobe with lots of pretty clothes. I also loved the huge windows that stretched from the floor to the ceiling of the room. From there I could see the large, well-tended garden. Yes, I knew what my mum meant. In fact, it could have been worse for us. If only Draco weren't such a bastard. I lay down on my bed and thought about how to get my wand back. And without apologies! My pride wouldn't allow that under any circumstances. There had to be another solution... it was very late now, it was quite dark outside. I got up and sat down at my dressing table. My reflection showed me a pretty girl... "Why not?" I said quietly to myself and made myself pretty. My hair up in a loose style, some makeup and some of my favorite perfume. Now I looked for a purple dress from the closet. It was strapless and fell to my knees. Yes I looked damn good! Alright, take a deep breath and let's go! I sneaked through the hallways and made my way to Draco's room. Okay, take another deep breath and... I quickly opened the door to his room and pretended to be shocked when I saw him lying in his bed. He was still in his suit. "Oh, wrong room!" I said hastily and wanted to leave the room again when he called: "Sparks, not so fast!" Obedient as I was, I turned around of course. He got up and asked, "What are you doing here so late at night?" "I...I just wanted to go for a walk!" I said, unable to think of a better excuse. He looked at me skeptically and looked me up and down. I had to grin because the odds weren't bad that my plan was going to work out. I closed the door and slowly walked towards him. "But if you'd like, I'd be happy to keep you companyen." I breathed in his ear as I stood directly across from him. I tried to be as seductive as possible as I had seen my wand on his dresser. "And how do you imagine that?" he asked and put his arm around my waist so that I was even closer to him. "You tell me...you're the boss here!" I whispered, brushing his lips with my mouth. I looked into his eyes, they reflected lust on the one hand and skepticism on the other. Suddenly he smiled crookedly and laid me carefully on his bed and bent over me. Oh my, maybe I went too far? Don't let it show, where was the damn wand? I reached for the dresser, but I didn't reach. "Bad trick sweety!" he hissed but sounded impressed and put his wand to my neck. I turned my head away. Such a damn crap! Draco smiled contentedly now. He had won again! He got up and threw my wand at me on the bed. I sat down and looked at him questioningly. was that all? "Go on. Before I change my mind!" he said and looked out of his window. I grabbed the staff and made my escape. I lay contentedly in my bed. My plan didn't quite work out the way I had imagined, but I got what I wanted. I fell asleep and dreamed about Draco and me. It was the same scenes that had actually happened shortly before, but when our lips met I woke up with a start. I swallowed. Did that mean anything? Or was I just processing what I had experienced? I reluctantly rolled out of bed and pulled on a pair of pants and a t-shirt. I tied my hair in a ponytail. Well, practical for the upcoming work. I went into the kitchen, where my mother was already busy working. "Good morning Mum!" "Morning love!" "Is Dad at work yet?" I asked, having hardly seen him since we've been living here. "Yeah, he had to get up early today to get something for Lucius." Then I'll probably set the table." I grabbed the tray and began to set the table in the dining room. Mum brought the scrambled eggs and Narcissa sat down at the table with Lucius. "Good morning!" I greeted the two. "Good morning Rosalie!" Narcissa said kindly and Lucius said, "Draco can't get out of bed again. Go up to him and tell him to get up. The Zabinis are coming to visit soon." "Yes, right now!" I said and made my way to Draco. As I stood in front of his door, the last night was spinning through my head. "Just don't think about it!" I said to myself and knocked. "Yes!" called a muffled voice. I walked in and a tousled blond boy looked out of bed. "Um, your father sent me. You should finally get up, because your better half is coming to visit soon." "My what?" he asks sleepily. "Zabini is on the way!" I turned around and went back to the dining room, where we could have breakfast. "I told him." Lucius nodded and after a few minutes Draco joined us at the table, dressed smartly. No more trace of the sleepy curly head. My mum was just clearing the table when the doorbell rang. "I'm going!" I said and opened the door for the Zabinis. "Hello, please come in!" "Thank you!" said Mr. Zabini and his wife followed him. "Hey Sparks!" Blaise grinned at me and walked past me. I rolled my eyes, "Hi! Draco's over there!" The two of them immediately crumbled into Draco's room and I began doing my usual Cinderella chores. Suddenly a small paper bird fluttered in front of my nose, I took it and unfolded it. "Sparks, I'll wait for you in my room! D." I frowned and made my way to his room. I knocked politely and entered. "What's up Malfoy?" He smiled crookedly. "So last night you were a lot nicer and well...I'd say your clothes look a lot better too!" Blaise laughed softly and my heart boiled again: "Is that all?" I asked annoyed. "No, actually I want you to get us something to drink. A bottle of Firewhiskey." "You're not serious!" I said angrily. "Yes dear, it is." Blaise interjected. "You didn't understand what to say here?" I snapped and Draco stood up. "And you do what you're told!" With a blank face, I turned around and went to the kitchen to get a bottle of Firewhiskey, two glasses and a bowl of ice cubes. "There you are!" I hissed as I set the tray down on the small round table in Draco's room. "Thank you very much!" he smiled smugly. I left the room without saying a word. At the end of the day I made myself pretty again. I never had otherwise the opportunity to do so. I put on a short blue dress and went into the garden. It was a starry night and I loved stargazing. Suddenly someone appeared next to me. "Sparks, what on earth are you doing here?" Draco! Who else? "I'm off work for today, what do you want?" "My room isn't cleaned properly!" You'll probably be able to wait until tomorrow!" I snapped at him. "No I can not! I would love to see you scrub the floor in your pretty dress!" Horrified, I reached out to slap him violently, but he quickly grabbed my hand and grinned at me. "You are outrageously Malfoy. Let me go!" I tried to free myself from his grip, but he was too strong for me. "Actually, I just wanted to tell you that our parents are invited to dinner tomorrow night! So we'll be alone tomorrow!" I ignored his insinuation and asked, "My parents too?" "Yeah, that's right... so now you know. Good night!" He let go of my hand and walked back to the house. I stared at the stars for a while before I went to bed. The next day was like any other and passed quickly. At 7 p.m. I went to my parents' room, which was even bigger than mine. "I just wanted to wish you a lot of fun and come back safely alright?" "Thank you very much dear." My father said kissing my cheek. "Mom? You look great, stop picking at your dress!" She smiled, "If you say so! See you tomorrow Rose." I said goodbye and went to my room. Three hours later I couldn't stand it anymore. The blanket fell on my head, so I dressed up again and put on a strapless red dress. I made my way to the kitchen to get something to drink, but suddenly there was a bang and a door slammed shut. I stopped in the hallway, startled. Was Draco sneaking around here? And again a door slammed. I ran to Draco as fast as I could and entered his room without knocking. "Hi! Will this be something like last time?" he asked, frowning. I shook my head, "There's someone downstairs! I heard something." He laughed, "Are you scared?" I looked at him angrily, "I'm not kidding Draco! Doors slammed downstairs, okay?" His eyes widened: "You call me by my first name, that means something!" He got up from his chair and came towards me: "I'll check, satisfied?" I nodded silently and walked after him. We looked everywhere but couldn't find anything. "It was probably just the wind, so don't panic anymore, okay?" "Yes!" I said sheepishly and he went back to his room. I was still unwell, so I made my way back to my room. I cursed those long hallways because I was still scared. And that fear was confirmed when I was suddenly pulled into a corner and someone pressed their hand hard over my mouth. I tried to scream, but all I could do was make a few funny noises. "Shhh." my opponent whispered and pushed me against the wall. I tried to push him away from me, but I didn't have enough strength. "You look beautiful Sparks!" Blaise whispered. BLAISE! He took his hand from my mouth and looked into my eyes. My breathing was quickened with excitement and fear. "What's with the Zabini! Let go of me!" I hissed and tried to free myself, but he pressed his lips to my mouth and ran his hand up my thigh. "Blaise... please! You've been drinking." I pleaded, fighting back tears. "Stupefy!" Draco exclaimed and Blaise lay on the floor in front of me. I pressed myself against the wall and looked at Draco wide-eyed. "I said there's someone here!" I snapped at him. He didn't take his eyes off Blaise and said, "Go to your room, I'll take care of him!" I nodded silently and walked away. I paced up and down in my room. Draco had helped me. Who knows what would have happened if... I don't even want to think about that. Draco helped me! I have to thank him. After a few minutes I stood in front of his room and knocked. "What?" he called and I entered. He rose from his bed and now faced me. "I... I just wanted to." It was hard for me! "Thanks!" I finally got out and the crooked smile formed on his face again. "Well, I'd say you owe me one now!" I raised my eyebrows, "What do you mean?" He took a step closer to me and put his arm around my waist. Now I was standing like I had been a few nights ago, so close to him again that I could feel his breath on my skin. It gave me goosebumps and I grinned. "Something like that?" I breathed, brushing my lips gently over his. he laughs Helte: "Yes." Then it happened, we kissed passionately and I was floating in seventh heaven. He carefully laid me on his bed and bent over me. I pulled him closer to me by his shirt and we kissed again. His hands slid over my body and we spent a wonderful night together. From that night my whole life changed. Draco asked me to be his wife and of course I agreed. We moved to a big mansion near our parents. My parents continued to live with the Malfoys, but what started as a professional relationship grew into a good friendship. Draco and I had a son we named Scorpius and a daughter named Selena. I often found myself thinking about my mother's words: "It could have been worse for us!"
