I sat across from Death in her dimly lit home, the only light source coming from the candles flickering on the table between us. We discussed our following targets, strategizing on how best to approach them.

"I think we should go after Bianca first," Death said, her red eyes shining in the dim light. "She's been on my list for a while now, and I think it's time to take care of her finally."

I nodded in agreement, but my mind was still focused on Gabriel. "I understand, but what about Gabriel? He's the one who caused the betrayal and ultimately led us to this point."

Death's expression softened, and she reached to place a hand on mine. "I know he hurt you, but let me take care of Bianca first. Gabriel won't get away. We'll deal with him when the time comes. We must get them one by one." She says before getting on my lap.

Death suddenly suggested that we should spar first to test my strength. I agreed, knowing that she was not one to be trounced. I pray to myself that I can win this time. I will win this time.

We stepped out into an open space, weapons at the ready. As we began to battle fiercely, I felt my heart racing excitedly. I knew Death was skilled, but I was determined to show her I was a worthy opponent. And her lover.

Suddenly, I saw an opening and went for it. But Death anticipated my move and countered with a smile on her face. She attacked, but I parried and went for the unexpected move: a kiss.

She was caught off guard, dropping her weapons in shock. I could feel her body relaxing into my arms as we shared a moment of intimacy amidst the battle. We ended the match in a draw, leaving us breathless and exhilarated from the fight and the unexpected turn of events.

As I catch my breath, Death looks into my eyes and whispers, "!Muy bien! You never cease to surprise me, my love." She giggles before leaning closer, "We will have to spar again next time." She then points her finger at me, "Be sure to win this time~ Or else I might find a different soul~" She giggles once again. Hearing that filled me with determination to keep on fighting.

We sat quietly for a while, drinking water for hydration, and Death broke the silence, "So, tell me about your background, YN," She said, finishing her drink.

I took a deep breath and began to speak. "Well, I was taken in by a bounty hunter, Garrick, when I was young. He raised me as his own and taught me everything he knew. But he was killed by Gabriel and those other traitors."

Death listened intently, nodding as I spoke. "I see," she said. "And what about your biological parents?" I hesitated for a moment before answering. "They were killed by wolves when I was just a kid," I said, feeling a pang of sadness in my chest. I glanced at Death seeing her wolf appearance made me uneasy and comfortable.

Death placed a comforting hand on my shoulder. "I'm sorry to hear that," she said softly. I looked up at her, noticing the genuine concern in her eyes. "What about you, Death?" I asked, wanting to know more about her.
