I was sleep when the doorbell rang. I knew Jasmine couldn't hear it. so I got up and answered it. It was some boy. (In the mm) I looked at him. He seemed really young.
"Yes can I help you?" I asked.
He smiled. "Yeah can I speak to Jasmine."
"She's not able to hear you right now."
"I know."
He stood there. "Who are you?" I asked. He looked at me up and down. I only had sweatpants on. No shirt. "I'm Brandon. But they call me Lil Bibby. I'm Jasmine's other brother." Just then, Jasmine came running down the stairs into Lil Bibby's arms. I looked around. "Am I missing something I asked?"
"Yeah. We met before actually. But I didn't actually have a conversation up to you this close. Also whenever you were out of town, I would come to check on my sister." he said looking at Jasmine.
"So you knew about him?" I asked Jasmine. It took her a minute to process what I said. Then she nodded her. "Tell him." she told Bibby.
"I worked with her when she worked at Guy's. That's how I met you before."
Oh that makes since. Because I thought he looked familiar.
"Ok. What do you want?"
"To see my sister. I haven't been around because of dad. And now you're hurt, so you have time to spend time wit me."
"Yes. I'm ready to hang wit you." Jasmine said as soon as bibby said that. I looked at her. Bibby wasn't even facing her when she said that.
"Hol up. You can hear now?"
She smirked. "I could hear since last night when you had me screaming."
"So you could've got the door?"
"Yes."
"N!gguh." I said causing her to laugh.
"So I don't have to be in your face the whole time I'm here.. That's great. I don't like being in people's face unless they bout to get hurt."
I stared at Bibby. "Alright. Imma go get the kids"I said walking away.
