"Bro, help me! The ship's coming!"

Lo'ak stood on the outcast's fin. His hands were wrapped around an orange tracker like the one that Jake had showed the Metkayina. Neteyam jumped onto Payakan's back, pulling Aonung and Tefiti. He guided her hands down to the orange tracker, which she wrapped her hands around and pulled as hard as she could.

"Call dad. Call dad! Just do it." Neteyam pushed Lo'ak out of the way, who climbed to the other side of Payakan, holding a button on his collar. "Eagle eye do you copy? We are with a tulkun who is under attack. Gunships inbound two clicks out."

Tuktirey jumped onto Payakan, while Tefiti, Aonung, Tsireya, Kiri, Rotxo and Neteyam pull on the the tracker.
"Its all of us, Aonung Tsireya and Tefiti too. We're at the brother's rocks."

"It's getting closer!" Tsireya yelled, her trembling hands gripping with sweaty palms. Tefiti growled, putting all her strength into the stick of metal.

"Aonung!" Neteyam threw a rope to the boy, who tied it tightly around the device. "Hurry up!" "go, go, go!"

"Pull!" Neteyam guided the ilu, which pulled as hard as it could. It chirped in effort, the others pulling as had as possible. "everybody together!" Tsireya yelled, bending the tracker with her foot, the others pulling the rope. "Harder!"

With a harsh snap, the tracker was pulled out of Payakan's back. Tefiti splashed into the water, surfacing as quickly as she could.

"Come on, get out of here!" Neteyam gathered the rope up to the tracker, waving his hands frantically in the direction away from the gunship. "Go that way! I'll draw them off." Tefiti sighed in desperation. When would Neteyam stop being so selfless? "Okay."

"Neteyam, be careful, please!" She cried out, keeping herself above the surface. "I will." He nodded, diving under the water. "Lo'ak, come!" Tsireya guided Lo'ak into the water, Tefiti following hastily.

They swam down to the bottom of the reef, hiding amongst the seaweed. Smaller boats spun around on the surface; obviously the gunship had seen them. Tefiti's brow furrowed from the suspense, making her fidget with the shell on her forehead.

"Lo'ak began to ride his ilu quickly in the opposite direction of some form of submarines which looked like huge metallic crabs. He pat Tefiti's arm frantically for them to follow him, which they did.

The ilus moved unpredictably through the large seaweed, making the submarines press on. They began to close in the back, where Tuktirey, Kiri and Tsireya desperately tried to avoid the claws which reached out for the ilu in the water.

The group split up in a matter of seconds after two of the submarines ambushed Kiri, Tuk and Lo'ak. Tefiti headed deeper into the Seaweed forest, Leaves of the wet plant hitting her harshly across the face as she weaved as unpredictably as she possibly could. She flicked her head around desperately, attempting to find anywhere to avoid the peice of metal on her tail.
