FINNEYS POV

I woke up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock, I hit it and got myself to get up. It was my first day of grade 7 and I was terrified, new school means new people. I had Robin though, that would make it better. "Finney, get ur ass up! We're gonna be late."
It was Gwen. "Okok coming jeeze" I replied as I quickly got changed and went downstairs. My dad was there like any other day.

He looked annoyed at how much noise we had already made so me and Gwen already knew that we should be extra quiet. I ate my cereal followed by Gwen and we headed out the door. As we were walking to school we heard something from the distance. "FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!" Me and Gwen looked at each other and ran to see what was going on.

Already a fight, this school years going to be hard. I thought to myself. We pushed our way through the crowd only to see Robin Arellano. "He's already fighting. Of course. On our first day too." I said kind of annoyed. Gwen just looked at me and looked back at the scene.

"Comon. We're going to be late, we should go, I don't want dad getting a call home about us being late" I said quickly pulling Gwen away.
"Hey! I was watching that!"
"I don't care Gwen. You shouldn't be watching things like that anyway." Replying to Gwen.
"Whatever jerk. Let's go"
I rolled my eyes back at her while laughing

ROBINS POV

It was my first day and I was trying to stay out of trouble. I was walking in the school yard as this huge guy with long fluffy hair comes up to me. I'm was pretty sure he's was an 8th grader. As be walks up to me I can already tell he is here to start trouble. "Hey you little be@ner, your new here right? Well ima show you what it's like here."

(Sorry for saying that slur, if I offended you I'm sorry I just wanted to put what he said to him in the movie) "oh yeah? I bet you can't fight worth of shit" as those words left me I felt my blood boil. I hate when people use my nationality as a way to make fun of me. I was about to kill him.
"I will pound you, you scrawny little bitch" he replied. That's it. I really am going to kill Him, I thought. "Then do it."

I answered. That's all it took. He threw a punch at me and was confident about it too. I easily dodged it and punched him in the face. He groaned in pain and I just laughed. He tried to kick me but I dodged. This guy really can't fight. I roundhouse kicked him and he fell to the ground.

I got on top of him and punched him. I punched him until he passed out, while I was punching him I saw Finn, he looked annoyed as I said I would stop getting in fights. He grabbed Gwen and walked away and then I just looked at the kid and kept punching him. god, I didn't even know his name.

I got up and walked away, as the crowd slowly died down. I went to to go to the washroom to clean up. As I entered the washroom I saw Finney. "Hey Finn what's happening?" "You know just keeping on keeping on I guess." I went to wash my hands as the curly boy said, "so another fight huh?" "Yeah" I answered. I knew he was annoyed that I got into a fight but I can't help it. My anger gets the best of me I guess. "Robin. I told you not to get into anymore fights."

FINNEYS POV

"Robin. I told you not to get into anymore fights."
I sounded like a mom. I'm so annoying. Why do I act like that?? "You promised me.." I added to make it sound less like I was his mom. "I know Finn. I'm sorry. I just get mad and I can't control it. I know ur annoyed" 

he replied. It was so hard to stay annoyed when he looked at me with those puppy eyes. "I'm not, anymore. Let's just forget about it" oh thank god I didn't say I'm disappointed or something. I would literally jump off a cliff if I sounded like a mom one more time.

"okay then, wanna hang out today?" The bandana boy asked. "Maybe, I have to ask my mom." I replied. "Maybe I can walk home with you and Gwen, then when we get to your house I will wait outside while you ask your dad?" "Sure, it's Friday so he will probably say yes. I want to make sure Gwen's going to Susie's though, I don't want Gwen alone there." Robin knew how my dad was, he just nodded and we went to our classes as it was only the beginning of the day.

Time skip after school cuz who likes school.

Me, Robin and Gwen were walking home. Gwen was talking on and on about some random crap I don't really care about. I was staring in space and Robin noticed. "Hey, u ok Finn?" Gwen stopped talking as I snapped back to reality, with Gwen and Robin both looking at me. "Yeah I'm ok, just thinking" Robin nodded and just kept on walking, while Gwen kept on talking. Me going back to staring in space.

We finally got home and Robin waited outside while me and Gwen went inside. I heard Gwen asking dad if she could go to Susie's and him saying okay. Now I could ask cuz I knew Gwen wouldn't be in the house alone. I walked up to my dad. "Hey dad?" He hummed in response.

"Could I maybe go to Robins house?." I was nervous stalking to my dad. He was so unpredictable. I was scared to see how he would react. "Yes, be back before dark. If you want to sleepover, call me and let me know." I was shocked. Not only did he say yes but he said if I wanted to have a sleepover? And he said it nicely. Well. Kind of nice. "Okay! Thanks dad!" "I love you Finney." "I love you too dad."
