Eclipse stood on the stadium platform ready for his final fight, the audience cheering loudly, hyped for the finals.
Eclipse did however notice a lot more security and huntsman around, probably from the incidents of the last few fights.
"Salutations!" a chirpy bright voice called across from him.
Eclipse turned to see a short, orange-haired girl, with bright green eyes across from him.
She wore a large pink bow that sat on her head, and a  green and white combat dress to match those eyes.
"Uh hi?" Eclipse replied awkwardly, this girl seemed super friendly for an Atlas student, but then again, maybe this was a cover to throw him off.
"I wish you luck my fellow student," Penny said to him cheerfully before taking her place on the field.
Eclipse shook his head in confusion, remembering to stay focused and alert.
"FIGHTERS TAKE YOUR PLACES"
Eclipse jumped into his spot, weapon at ready as he calmed and focused, he could see Trillium in the crowd watching and cheering, knowing Scarlet and Lumen were out doing their investigations, hoping they would be ok.
"MATCH BEGIN!"
With that last announcement, Eclipse snapped into focus and began his fight.

Scarlet arrived at RWBY's dorm, he knocked gently on the door, he ran into Weiss on his way up who had told him Ruby and Yang were staying in their dorm till Pyrrhas fight.
Ruby opened the door slowly, checking to see who it was and smiling when she saw him.
"Scarlet! What are you doing here?" she asked, Scarlet went to answer and paused when he noticed that Yang and Ruby were not alone.
An older man was in their room, he was tall and quite thin, we wore a grey shirt and black dress pants, and a small red cape hung from his shoulders. His face was gaunt yet handsome with greyish black hair and a dirty stubble on his face, two small red eyes stared and assessed Scarlet.
"I didn't know you would be here old man," Scarlet said casually with a cocky grin, "Signal too boring for ya".
"Ah seems the runt hasn't run out of jokes since I last saw him, tell me how's your aunt going, still single" the old guy countered.
"Uncle Qrow!" Ruby squealed slapping his arm, a small smile lighting Yang's face behind them.
Qrow Branwen, an ex-teacher at Signal Academy and a legendary huntsman of Beacon.
He was the uncle of Ruby and Yang and had personally trained Ruby in her Scythe skills.
He also had private tutored Scarlet in sword combat too, until he mysteriously left the school one day on a mission.
This was the first time Scarlet had seen him in years.
"So gramps," Scarlet said, "What's been happening, why are you here?"
"Firstly I'm not that old kid" Qrow replied with a scowl, "I am here to support my nieces at the festival, and do some work too".
"Ahh I see", Scarlet mused then asked "And what work would that be?".
"That would be none of your business" Qrow replied smugly.
With that, he waved at Yang, ruffled Ruby's hair, and strolled out of the dorm without another word.
"What was that about," Scarlet asked Ruby.
Ruby shrugged and said "No clue, I find it best not to quiz him when he's sober".
"Sober?" Scarlet asked.
"Don't ask" Yang answered lying down on her bed and staring at the ceiling.
Ruby eyed her cautiously then motioned Scarlet to follow her out of the dorm.
"How is she," Scarlet asked once they had moved away from the dorm rooms finally, arriving at the empty cafeteria.
"Coping I guess," Ruby answered with a sigh, "She claims innocence through and through, which I believe but no one else does".
"Lumen definitely does, in fact, he has this whole theory," Scarlet says then starts to explain to her everything he and his team had discussed the night before.
Ruby listens, nodding along to the theory, and then says "Well your right about most parts specially bout Roman Torchwick".
"You know him!" Scarlet asks surprised, how did she know this mystery guy?
"Yeah I personally have had a few run-ins with him" she replies, "He was behind the first Grimm attack on Beacon too, and has also been involved with many Dust robberies in the area".
"Dust theft, why would he need that much?" Scarlet pondered aloud.
If he had hit multiple stores he would have tonnes of it, enough for a small army, or to take out one.
Scarlet jolted, enough to take out one! Oh no!
"You ok?" Ruby asked noting his change in behavior.
"Yeah", Scarlet said rubbing his head as he gathered his thoughts, he had to do some investigating, "I have to head off Rubes, catch ya later?"
"Of course!" Ruby said with a smile, as Scarlet took off heading straight for the shipping yards.
