Cloudy's POV
It has been two days since the argument, I wanted to console both (Y/N) and Kim but Older sister Emily keeps saying I should give them time to cool off.
I've been getting worried and stressed at the situation, I just wanted to get along like old times!
Finally I decided to confront Kim today, walking towards the neighbourhood enough to see (Y/N)'s house, I couldn't help but notice the sign infront of their house saying "For Sale".
After approaching further towards the house, I saw (Y/N) infront of the house and infront of the engaged car.
After realizing, I panicked, sprinting towards them whilst they were walking slowly towards the car.
"(Y/N)!" I called out, my heart beating at rapid speed.
"(Y/N) why are you moving? I thought we were getting better!" I exclaimed, making them stop but they didn't turn around to face me.
"Is it because what Kim said? I'm sure she didn't mean it!" I pleaded, panting from sprinting all the way here.
They didn't speak a word nor did they even spare a glance at me, they continued walking towards the car, I could only remain frozen in shock.
Before I could say anything else, the car began to move further away, I could only stand there, gazing at the car with a saddened look on my face, I saw (Y/N) look back at me from the backseat with dull eyes, not like the ones I remembered, the ones that were full of life and love, now they were drained and lifeless.
Your POV
I stared at the window, lost in thought.
I felt guilty, just leaving without saying anything to my friends, I could see my Mother and Father occasionally glancing towards me in worry.
I couldn't help but sigh heavily.
"Cheer up, (Y/N), we can get a fresh start at this new town, make some friends and go to school" Mom said, happily, trying to cheer me up.
I simply nodded 'School.. it's been a while since I've been to school, I hope they let me skip a year ' My eyes wandered towards a sign passing by saying "Faraway Town"
'Am I really ready to forget the past and move on? ' I looked at the sky, wandering and pondering on these thoughts.
"Here we are!" Dad announced, making me snap out of my thoughts and focus on reality.
