Isabella knew that telling Jonathon and Hunter how she felt was going to be one of the hardest things she had ever done. She had spent countless nights rehearsing what she would say, trying to find the perfect words to express the complex emotions swirling inside of her. But no matter how much she prepared, she knew that the moment of truth would be daunting.

One afternoon, she asked Jonathon and Hunter to meet her in her office. They arrived promptly, looking as handsome as ever, but Isabella barely registered their appearances. Her heart was pounding, and her palms were sweaty.

"Is everything okay?" Jonathon asked, his brow furrowed with concern.

Isabella took a deep breath and summoned all her courage. "No, everything's not okay," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "There's something I need to tell you."

Jonathon and Hunter exchanged a worried glance, and then they both turned their attention back to Isabella. They could tell that whatever she had to say was serious.

Isabella took another deep breath and looked them both in the eyes. "I know this might sound crazy, but I have feelings for both of you," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. "I've been trying to deny it, but I can't. I think about you all the time, and I can't stop myself from wanting you."

There was a moment of stunned silence as Jonathon and Hunter processed Isabella's confession. Then, Hunter spoke up. "Isabella, we appreciate your honesty, but you have to understand that we're in a committed relationship with Amelia," he said gently. "We love her, and we're not looking for anything else right now."

Isabella's heart sank at Hunter's words, but she nodded bravely. "I understand," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Jonathon put a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Isabella, we value your friendship, and we don't want to lose that. We're here for you, and we always will be," he said kindly.

Isabella felt a surge of gratitude for Jonathon and Hunter's understanding. She knew that she had put them in a difficult position, and she was grateful that they had handled it with such grace.

"Thank you," she said, her voice choked with emotion. "I'm sorry if I've made things awkward."

Hunter shook his head. "You haven't," he said. "We're all adults here, and we can handle this. Just know that we care about you, and we want what's best for you."

As Jonathon and Hunter left Isabella's office, she felt a strange mix of emotions. She was relieved that she had finally been honest with them, but she was also heartbroken that her feelings were unrequited. She knew that it was going to take time to heal, but for the first time in a long time, she felt like a weight had been lifted from her shoulders.
