Chapter 2 - Practice

"I'm back!" You tell him as you run towards him with your guitar. You were running too fast which made you trip and fall down, but luckily, he was able to stop your fall by grabbing you by the waist. You both just stood there for a few seconds, looking into each other's eyes. He finally let's go of you and you stand back up. "Uhh yeah sorry there." He tells you out of embarrassment. "It's okay." You smile at him, trying to comfort him from what just happened a few seconds ago. "I haven't gotten your name yet." You tell him. "I'm Brian. I'm already a second guitarist of a band called Weezer, but since we're not making that much music nowadays, I decided to form a new band of my own. Well, come on then. What are we waiting for?" Both of you walked to his house.

Upon arriving at his house, he leads you to his bedroom. "Oh wait. What's your name again?" He asks you while picking up his own guitar. "My name is Y/n." He hands you a sheet of paper with the song lyrics on it. "Nice name." He tells you. "This is the song I wrote called Goddess Of Love." He strums his guitar and plays the guitar version of Goddess of love. His unique voice captivates you. His voice wasn't too good or bad at all. Kind of like Rivers' voice. "That was nice." You told him as he finished his song. "I like your voice and the song sounds great!" He blushed at your complement. "Thanks." He shyly tells you. The both of you practice the song for the rest of the afternoon until evening.
