His hair is auburn and curly, sticking out of his Byzantine Blue pirate hat. A coat of the same color flows down to his ankles, overlapping a tattered white shirt. A blue eyepatch covers his his right eye, the left one filled with energy and tinted by desperateness in the light of baby blue. He does resemble some Ninja traits, such as with his rapiers, holding one in each hand as if twin katanas. He wears a mischievous and confident smile, a tooth visibly missing.

"Is that!-" Kai sputters as he drifts slowly out the Monastery doors.

As he follows, Lloyd puts a hand over Kai's shoulder, squeezing it as he holds Kai away from the sunlight. "Yup, yeah. That's Jay."

"Show yourself, Oni Leader!" Jay demands, confidently. His band of pirates hop down and draw their own weapons, a diverse display; guns, swords, grenades, wrenches, knives, forks, spoons, toothbrushes, etc.

At the sound of "Oni Leader," Kai can feel tension in Lloyd's hand as it clenches even tighter to his shoulder, and can feel the sear of shame in his face from behind.

Lloyd lets go of Kai's shoulder, and steps out into the light, and Jay goes wide-eyed. "I prefer the term Guardian, Jay," he sneers as a reply.

Jay gapes at Lloyd for a minute, the grip on his rapiers growing loose, temptation in his nerves. "Lloyd? You. . ." he slows his words, as if he's nearly gotten his tongue back from the cat, yet hasn't fully succeeded.

Lloyd snickers, he cackles, and he chuckles at Jay, who tries not to blink in fear of something streaming down his face. "Ha, the look on your face as the karma stabs you right in the gut!" he taunts with a wide grin, pointing at him. "And look who I've got with me to reinsure that!" he says, tugging Kai out of the shadow.

The emotional tension in Jay's face worsens, his mouth open and quivering. He shuts his mouth quickly back up, though. Jay rubs his face with his hands, recoiling his mind. He then looks up, determination and an attempt at anger in his eyes. "Well, prepare to get it thrown right back at ya!" he exclaims, pointing his rapier at the two.

It's then Kai catches the sight of a white haired man atop the now empty bounty. He can't help but feel a sparking flicker of familiarity in his returning mind.

"I wouldn't say the odds are in your particularly favor, however," the man says, Kai finding even more familiarity in his voice.

The white haired man is Ames, and he sits atop the ship in a way to signify that he's claiming it.

"Think about it, you have a band of forty-something pirates, whilst we have over a hundred people training in the courtyard today, all training for instances such as this scenario. We've just taken over your ship," Ames analyses as multiple other odd-looking people hop down onto the ship. "So you can't be going nowhere, nor do you have the communication technologies to reach anyone who could rescue you all," Ames smiles. "Just some simple reminders."

Jay gulps, his fingers rubbing his chin as he the looks down and evaluates these said circumstances. He laughs. "Oh, well, it's not about the size. It's about the skills and the experience. Got anything in that department?"
