I.Am.Dead

I was pacing around in my room as my nails were getting chewed down between my teeth. The bacon and eggs I ate seem to be dancing in my stomach as nervousness was branching out.

It is not my fault though. I didn't notice that in the background of my post she was sleeping.

Should I apologise? But I already sent 10 texts saying sorry and she hasn't replied yet. Should I go there myself to apologise? But its only been six minutes since she left. Now seven.

I let out a frustrated groan. Whatever, Its her fault, why should I apologise? No, I am not going. I laid on my bed and closed my eyes.

........................................................................

I think I should take some small gift for her as well to butter her up. The fast and cold breeze was touching my face as it blew in from the window of the taxi messing up my hairs.

I decided to go anyways.

Even though this might look like overreacting, but its no small mistake I made. Her boss, The owner of the Barista is a pure asshole.
2 days ago, Her Boss, Mr.Andrew, fed up with her told her that if she mess up 3 more times, he'll fire her. She already blew one of her chance when she accidentally spilled hot coffee on a customer and this would be second chance getting blowed. Only one chance left.

While processing and calculating the weight of my mistake my eyes fell on a bookstore.

"Could you stop for a second please?" I requested the taxi driver and he accepted the request.

I got out of the taxi. The door and bookstore looked quite old. I grabbed the knob and tried to pull. What the heck? I pulled harder but it didn't move a single bit. I tried it even harder this time while simultaneously pulling the door but no response. The door seems to be jammed was what I thought until I saw 'PUSH' written in big font right over the knob. How stupid can a human be? Embarrassment tinted my cheeks red. As soon as I pushed the door open it creaked on its hinges. It was a small wooden bookstore. There were bookshelves filled with books from floor to ceiling and mixed fragrance of the wood and old books roaming in the air calmed my heart. I saw a very old lady sitting on the counter on the right side after the entrance.

"Welcome young lady, You look very pretty today." She said with the warmest smile I've ever seen. She had loose skin. Her face was filled with wrinkles and her hairs were grey. I noticed her blue eyes through her specs. she seemed sweet.

"Thank you" I blushed. Its good to be complimented even though you are wearing no make up and a basic outfit and plus you just showed how small sized your brain is.

I was wearing a white crop top and simple blue jeans and my hairs were done in a high ponytail. I had my eyeliner and lip gloss on.

I started my search for 'The book that will save my life that might end with the hands of my bestfriend Andria'

Andria loves romance Novels. She glares at everyone, gives off creepy vibes , people are usually scared of her and she have a 'Resting bitch face' too , So Looking at her , No one can ever guess that, but she is crazy for them. We are crazy for them.

My hand lingering on ever book on the shelf reading through their names.

My sneakers bumped on a box that was filled with multiple copies of a Novel. I picked one of it up, The title of the Novel was 'Maybe Destiny?'
Interesting Name, I thought.
I read the discription of the Novel and it was a Love story of a sweet Barons daughter and cold hearted King. I am not sure if she would like the sweet Baron daughter but cold hearted king ? Hell yeah.
