Hiccups POV
The week is over and David will be here in 2 hours so I quickly get out of bed and take a long, refreshing shower and head to my closet. I try on some khaki jeans with my sperries and a white collar shirt "no to uniformish"
I take everything off and put it away and try on some black jeans with a squear button up shirt and my black vans "no too weird" I once again take everything off and put it back when I spot my red jeans and my red convers so I try it on and looks good I just need to find the right shirt that's when I spot a black shirt with the words "love you more than those bitches before" I tried it on and looked at my self in the mirror "Perfect" I saw toothles by the bed with those big green eyes
"Awwwe you are so cute, you must be hungry c'mon boy"
Toothless is so cute when his hungry for food but even cuter when his hungry for love. He approached to his bowl but didn't eat nothing so he curled up in my feet and started meowing.
We continued playing when there was a knock on the door I opened the door to find David standing there.
"Hey Hic!"
"Hey Dave!"
"You ready?"
"Yeah I'll just say bye to my parents and grab my phone so we can leave"
"Okay"
"Wanna come in?"
"Sure"
I called my parents
"Mom, Dad I'm leaving!"
"Hi David" my mom said
"Hi Mrs. H"
"Have fun tonight okay?" My dad said
"Okay bye guys"
"Bye" my parents said to me and David.
I grabbed my phone and headed outside when I noticed David standing by a black Mustang
"Is this yours?"
"Yeah my parents gave it too me for my birthday"
"Its awesome"
....
We arrived at the party and noticed a whole bunch of kids running around when a little girl came running tords me she jumped and hugged me
"HICCUP!"
"Haily look at you your so big"
"Where is Jack?"
I staid silent for a moment and remembered that we broke up last night. I forced my self into a smile and said
"Jack isn't here but he asked me to give you a big hug and say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HIS FAVORITE LITTLE GIRL!"
"Yeeeii! Did you know that we're gonna get married?"
"Whoa whoa whoa whoa Haily you had too much sugar already go play with Andrea" David said as I laughed
"Okay bye Hiccup thanks for coming to my Birthday Party" Haily said giving me one last hug
"Your welcome Haily now go and have fun"
She left and continued playing
"Hey Hic you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine"
"You paused a little when Haily asked you about Jack"
"No I'm fine"
"Follow me"
I followed David into a room I assume its his.
"Hiccup I know you since kindergarten do you think I don't notice when something's bugging you? I need you to trust me and tell me what's going on between you and Jack"
I felt my eyes fill with tears and closed my eyes then I felt a strong pair of arms around me I opened my eyes it's David.
"D-David"
"Shhh! You can cry I won't tell anyone I promise"
I felt the tears rolling down me cheeks I hugged David back and buried my face into his chest a continued to cry as hard as I could.
A moment passed and I was still holding on to David so I let go
"I'm sorry" I said with a weak voice
"Its okay. You feel better?"
"*sniff* a little"
"What happened between you and Jack Hic?"
"I called him last night and he said that we should date other people but when hes old enough he will come back and and we would continue where we left off so I agreed and now I know its the worst decision I've made... To let go of the person I love I promised to be strong for him but I can't"
"Well if he wants you to be happy do something that you know will keep you busy"
"You mean date someone?"
"Well yeah you can do that but you like to draw don't you? Start drawing you also like music why don't you write a song or dance and don't forget about soccer you love soccer yeah you might not have a great body but still that doesn't mean you can't practice soccer right?"
"Yeah I guess your right"
"You see and when you feel like this again you have my phone so call me and I'll go get you and have fun no matter what time it is alright?"
"Thanks David your a big help"
