"This chapter is just a phone call"
Hiccups POV
David left a few hours ago I was in bed resting thinking about last night with David he's just the best I love him. I closed my eyes and I was soon asleep. When I woke up it was 4:39 pm I checked my phone no missed calls no messages nothing I was about to go down stairs when toothless meowed at me I looked at my cat and and he was making cute faces as if telling me he's hungry I laughed a little and served him some food when he was done he went to my bed and took a nap "you lazzy cat" I called him "but no worries that's why I love you" I called him again and soon after that I went downstairs and noticed my parents aren't home I was hungry so I made myself a sandwich I opened the fridge I took out some lettuce, some tomato slices, mayo and musterd I took out some buns and prepared my sandwich I put everything away after I was done I sat at the table and turned on the TV Jurasic Park was on I left it there and continued to dig in my sandwich I was taking a sip of my water and my phone rang I got scared and almost choked to death I answered the phone too late I checked the number but I didn't know it though it did look familiar but I didn't bother to call back I turned off my phone and continued to watch the movie a few minutes later my phone rang again its the same number I didn't answer later when it stopped ringing I got a text from the same number
"Hey Hiccup I tried to call you a few times but you didn't answer I'll just talk to you later then bye Hic good day!"
I saw the message and replied
"who r u?" I got another text a few moments later "Its me Hic! Jack!"
"Sun of a nutcracker! Its Jack!"
I looked through my contacts but Jacks number was gone! I called back to Jack and he soon answered
"Hey!"
"Hey! Sorry your number wasn't saved"
"You erased it?" I heard Jack in a sad voice
"No I didn't my phone has been crazy lately so I'm changing it tomorrow"
"Oh okay how have you been?"
"Good what about you?"
"Good I guess"
"Why's that?"
"Well you don't call me, or text me anymore"
"Jack I've been busy STAAR tests are coming up I've got studies to do"
"Is it that or you're to busy with David?"
"What? Are you jealous Jack?
"No!"
"Then why are you talking to me like it's my fault?"
"Ever since you and David started to go out you don't talk to me anymore like that one time I called you, you were on a date with him and you just left me talking to myself because you hung up you could have told me you were busy and I would've understand!"
"You were the one who told me to give him a chanse so I did! And what about you? You knew I never wanted to brake up with you and since you started to go out with Jake you hardly ever texted me do you have ANY idea of how I felt? NO! so don't come talking to me as if I'm the only one to blame Jackson GROW UP!"
"I didn't want to brake up with you either did that ever cross your fucking mind? And I never told you to give him a chance!"
"Oh my fucking gods Jack! YES YOU DID you said "Let's give other people chances" so I gave David a chance and now I know that I did the right thing because now David is the person I want to be with just like you did to Jake!"
"I was still in love with you when I broke up with you! I thought it would be a good idea, but no it wansnt and I know I'm the one to blame, but I still live you and yes maybe I am jealous but that's because of me, I broke up with you and I know you deserve better than a dumb ass like me and I'm sorry okay? I'm so fucking sorry I've cause you pain when I broke up with you!"
I was surprised from Jacks words my heart started to beat faster and I blushed at the thought of Jack still loving me
"You do?" I said in a whisper
" I never stopped loving you Hiccup never" Jack said almost sobbing
"What about Jake?
"Jake respects what I want he doesn't want me to be sad he even said that if I desided to go back to you he wouldn't mind in being best friends with me!"
"Really?" I said surprised
"Yes!"
I never thought Jacks boyfriend would be so understanding maybe if I explain it to David he will also respect my decision me and Jack talked for what seemed forever when I heard my parents walk in.
"Hey Jack my parents are home can I call you later?"
"Sure well I have to Jake is waiting for me"
"Oh o-okay"
What? I got nervous
"Hiccup Haddock did you just get nervous?"
"What?? Noo!!"
"Hahaha okay what ever you say talk to you later"
"Y-yeah bye!"
I hung up the phone and greeted my parents I went back to my room and studied for what seemed all day.
