Hiccus POV
I woke up to the boy of y dreams wraped up in my chest I just saw how peacefully my boyfriend was sleeping he let out a small snore and I laughed a little "awwe how cute!" I said to myself trying to not wake him up from his sleep, so I wrapped my arms around him and he got closer, so close I could feel his hair brush against my chin and his strong arms hug me tighter, I was enjoying this until he woke up.
"Good morning babe" he said looking up at me. I put a hand on his cheek and smiled "Good morning handsome" I said "how did you sleep?" He asked "pretty awesome" I said "hmm... And why is that my love?" He asked "well I slept with the love of my life" I said "and who is that?" He asked "well its this really sexy guy with white hair that looks like freshly fallen snow he has these ice blue eyes that I would love to look at for the rest of my days and he always has this smell like mint that I love so much and you know what?" I said "what?" He said "that person I love so much is you" I said "awww you sound so corny babe! I love it when you talk to me like that" he said while hugging me tighter.
It was starting to get late me and Jack a had to start getting ready to go with Jake anf his band to the park. Samantha left early with Rose to the mall to go shopping and do other girl stuff, Jack told them before they left to meet us at south beach by the bridge at 8 o'clock so we could have a good spot to watch the fireworks, but what she doesn't know is that Jake is gonna confess to her so we left it as a surprise for her.
Me and Jack walked to the park. As soon as we got there Jakes band and him were gathered in a circle laughing and playing around
"Hey guys!" Jack said "this is my boyfriend Hiccup!"
"Weren't you going out with Jake?" Eddie said
"That doesn't matter" Jake said
"Well if you say so" Luke said
"In that case Hi Hiccup! I'm Dilan lead singer! And these, like I told Jack when we met him, are your new friends thats Eddie, Christopher, Louis, Luke, and well you know me and and Jake" Dilan said
"Hi guys" I said
"Don't be shy we don't bite" Luke said
"You guys are in a band right? Uhh... Mental Mercy?" I asked
"Yup! How did you know?" Eddie said
"You guys had a show in Galveston a couple of months ago" I said
"Yeah a friend of my mom asked if we could help him out in an event there and we agreed! How did you know?" Dilan asked
"I was there with my ex in the croud!" I said
"No way you were there?" Jake said
"Yeah! You guys played dream away, the real me and 2 covers of sleeping with sirens" I said
"How'd you like it?" Jack said
"It was awesome! Specially when Jake screamed like Kellin Quinn when he sang Kick Me that was cool" I said
"Sweet! Looks like we have a fan" jake said
"Yeah I guess" I said
We continued to talk for about 2 hours then we headed down to Pizza Hut to grab something to eat then we headed down to the lake and chill for a while.
Samantha's POV
I woke up at 10 and got ready to go see Rose. I took a quick shower and went to the closet and chose my outfit its 4th of July so I grabbed my american flag dress that Jacks mom gave me and my white convers I looked at myself in the mirror the shoes didn't look right so I took them off and gabbed my black heels and looked at myself in the mirror again "Perfect" I said while I winked at myself I put my hair down and put a white star on the side and left.
I knocked on the door and Rose opened she was wearing a blue button up shirt with no sleeves some white shorts and red shoes and her hair was curled the shoes didn't look right but its what she want to wear so I didn't pay much attention to it
