it's been about three weeks now since i've moved to london and i've never been more happier than before.
the city and the people have been nothing but amazing.
it also helps with having a great tour guide show me around as a huge bonus too.
when joão isn't at practice, he'll take me to his favorite spots that he's learned to love as he's been adapting more to london.
we still have yet to make our relationship public so we've been lowkey about it but of course dropping hints on social media since it's fun trolling and making people wonder.
"looks like someone is a little nervous, huh?"
"of course, i am, linda. my girlfriend is watching me live for the first time so i have to put on a good show."
joão says as he wraps his arms around my waist and leans his tall figure into my body as we're in the tunnel together before his match starts in a couple of minutes.
"wow, must be some special girl to have you all nervous, yeah?"
i say playfully and he rolls his eyes before shaking his head lightly and standing back up straight.
"you'll see how nervous i'll be when i score for you."
he says as he smirks with a competitive glint in his eyes to show that he's determined to impress me.
we hear the players begin to start lining up and that's our cue to hurry up since i'm going to get escorted by security to the vip section that joão got for me.
