"Welcome world travelers to the Kingdom of Avante!"

Me and many of my classmates turned to the source of the loud boisterous voice. Through the crowd I could just barely see a man sitting upon a throne. He looked quite old, a frail guy with thick brown hair and a thick beard to match. His age showing on the many wrinkles on his forehead and on the several gray hairs he had. But what really caught my attention was the shiny gold crown that lay slightly crooked atop his head.

"...A king?" I could hear close to me, it seemed others had the same confusion about the situation. Before anyone else could voice their concerns, the frail king moved to speak again.

"Welcome Heroes! I am King Gabriel of the human kingdom, Avante!" He shouted amongst the mass of students, raising his arms over his head as he stood up.

"I am sure you are all confused as to your sudden appearance in another world, but I can assure you that it is for a good reason!" he continued, clearing his throat before continuing. "You have been summoned due to the ever-looming threat of the evil demon kingdom."

Hushed voices could be heard through out what once used to be a bunch of students in an auditorium. They were quieted once again by a swift hand by King Gabriel. I could only stand there peeking through the crowds to get a look, but due to my height...I'm not as blessed in height as many of the others...Being only 4'8" sucked in situations like these.

Suddenly the creaking of a door could be heard followed by the sounds of a cart being pushed. The sea of students was then split in half, me being caught in the open for a second before I merged back in at the front of the crowd. But I could see what the source of the noises were now.

Rolling past me was a large orb sat on a large cushion which was being rolled on top of a large wooden cart. The cart was swiftly moved to an area to the side of the King. "Soon to be Heroes of the human kingdom! Place your hands upon the magic orb. It will measure your power and give us insight on your class!" He said boisterously.

Soon  we were put in an orderly line to use the orb. "One by one you will state your name then you will press your hand against the orb, and finally you will state your class." And soon the first person was up. Hushed voices could just barely be heard as people wondered what the first person would get. I could just barely make out the person and the orb as I peaked out from behind the person in front of me.

"...Alex," I could just barely hear him from across the room. He then pressed his hand against the glass. At first nothing happened, but then hues of blue and white exploded from inside the large orb, filling up a little over half the orb. They flowed beautifully, ever so slightly changing the color of the room before it dimmed, the boy taking his hand off. "Magic Swordsman!" He then shouted out before walking off to the other side of the room proudly.

Just barely I could make out a pleased look on the king's face as the lines continued. Many more flashes of color would spill out from the orb as the line moved along. And soon I was near the front. I could feel an ache in my heart confused what I would get, this caused me to move my hand to the small of my chest, gripping my jacket tightly. I wanted to become stronger and this would be the key to achieving that...I hope.

I couldn't help but over think now. What if I got a weak class or if I was still weak and continued to be haunted by those stronger than me. I could feel a lone tear spill from my face, my hand flying up to wipe it away.

"Ronan!" I was suddenly awoken from my bout of overthinking by the loud voice of my bastard brother. He then pressed his large hands against the large glass orb. Before even a second could pass it exploded into bright golden colors, so much light radiating from it that I could barely see even the figure of Ronan. Gasps and looks of awe filled the room as the light then died down. My brother...Ronan...Then turned slowly.
