"Kuni,be good and don't play too far." His mother's voice was sweet unlike his sister ,always so demanding.
Kuni nodded his head and went somewhere not too far.Being a boring 10 year old kid he is,he just sat on a bench and hope someone or something came to him instead.
"Ei, Don't you think Kuni seems a bit..emotionless for his age?" Yae Miko asked as she watch the kid doing nothing.
Ei,however stays quiet and only observes the kid.
"...He'll be fine,I'm sure someone or something will be close to him someday.Just like that cat that's approaching him." Ei spoke and pointed to the Siamese cat.
Kuni watched the cat came forward to him curiously as the cat sat In front of him and meows at him, probably begging him to pet it.
As if he knew what the cat is saying,he pets the cat with a small smile on his soft face.
"Do you have an owner?" He asks,still petting the cat.Suddenly,a figure approaches him and carried the cat.
Kuni looks up and he was met with a boy with alluring (e.c) and (h.t) (h.c).
"Sorry,this cat is mine.I'm sorry if she bothers you."
Kuni's eyes softens and he stood up from his bench.
"Can I still play with her?" He asks for permission.The boy smiled joyfully and nodded his head,agreeing almost immediately.
"My..name's Kunikuzushi, what's yours?" He asks and extended his hand,hoping the boy would shake his hand.
"How about I tell you my name when either of us is going to leave soon?" He suggested.Kuni seemed hesitant but agreed nonetheless even though the idea seems stupid.Kuni might even forget to asks the question again.
And so,the children went off to have some fun with each other — they also get to know with each other by telling their favourite things etc.
The sun is starting to disappear as kids are also starting to leave the playground except for the duo.
Ei didn't even bother to tell her child to go back to their hotel she instead let them have some fun while it lasts.It's quite rare to see Kuni genuinely smiling.
"Kuni,I have to go now.My parents are waiting for me over there." (n) said and pointed to his parents.
"Wait..your name?"
