Hello, Gemme Community! This is N.M. Studios interviewing the lovely person, To start off this interview, what should I call you for the interview, and what pronouns do you prefer?

Priya and I go by She/her.

Alrighty! So, Priya, what are your future dreams as a writer?

I like writing as a hobby. It's kinda stress buster for me. It's really relaxing. But I am not gonna take it up as a profession. I would be writing till I have ideas and I feel like.

That's interesting, and I'm glad you can do it as a hobby! What do you want to do then?

I wish to become a Clinical Psychologist.

Ooo, that's amazing! If it isn't personal, what is your inspiration for writing and/or achieving your goal of being a Clinical Psychologist?

Well, honestly inspiration comes from inside. Then my family is there always a support beside me. Though they don't have much idea about my writing but definitely they inspire, support, and motivate me in achieving all my dreams.

That's amazing! It's always good to have a support system. Going back a bit, what are your favorite book genres to read?

Well, I mostly read fanfictions, but I guess I can read other genres as well. No preference as such.

That sounds great. So, what are your favorite authors (Wattpad or real-life wise)?

Well on Wattpad, there are many but I will name a few. They are the ones whose books I read these days. _Simran_N_ i_ayesha17 praan_kp _sriiiiiiii_ nandhu26 Queen_Of_Twists And about real life, I haven't read many books. But ya I love a few novels by Chetan Bhagat. He actually writes well. Oh, and Secret_Angel__ as well.

That sounds like a lot of authors! Which book is your favorite?

Well, there are many. Can't name one. I love many books.

Cool!Is there any book in particular that sticks out?

Again I will say at times you just come over certain books that you find are kinda different from others and are interesting. So ya there is no particular one as such.

That's a good view to look at! So, veering off a little, how do you make your themes?

Well earlier I didn't have any idea of editing, so I got it done by graphic designers. But now I started making it. And slowly I learn the basics. Now I enjoy it so I do make covers for myself and of course few on request as well. But if you mean my profile pic and bg pic that's made by a graphic designer only.

That sounds cool! I hope you do well. Unfortunately, we are close to the end of our interview, so before I go, what advice do you have for aspiring authors or anyone who is passionate about something they want to do?

I would just say that write for yourself not for someone else. You won't get views by asking and begging, you need to earn them. If you need any kind of help in improving your writing, we are always here to help. But in the end, it's only you who needs to work. Keep writing and you will see changes in yourself. You can feel the difference by seeing your writing on day 1 itself.

All the best. Do follow your passion or hobby.
